I post a new question here like everyday which is so annoying, but please help me![]()
Basically I have an interview Thursday to see if I measure up to my pictures and, if I do, I'll start that night.
I'm already super nervous and now I'm PMSing?!?! WHYYYYYYYY... I hurt my knee last week and was only able to workout twice. I can finally get back to the gym but I totally binged today because of cravings. Does anyone have any good tips to curb this? Also, my period is super crippling.... like bleed through tampons, stay home from work, laying in bed hoping not to pass out from the pain (again)... and nevermind bloated belly... bloated BODY. literally, even my legs get swollen. Does anyone else have this problem? Any tips for helping the bloat? What should I eat to help keep it down?
(I usually allow myself to give in to cravings and wear baggy clothes for a couple days... not gonna fly this time)
P.S- I wanted to get a nice buzz to loosen up my first time, safe to do that while taking mass amounts of Advil?
