The prettiest girl at a small club, or work at a larger high volume club but have more competition?
The prettiest girl at a small club, or work at a larger high volume club but have more competition?

Switching from a small club to a larger club has been the best decision I have ever made. I was initially worried about the number of girls and how they all looked so gorgeous, I was afraid I would make less money. I waited years before taking the plunge and the only regret I have is not doing it sooner. The larger club attracts wealthier and higher spending customers I otherwise would have never met, had I stayed at the smaller club.

#1 factor it's actually all about how 'deep' the customers' pockets are likely to be in a particular club. My highest earning night ever was in a tiny club with only 8 dancers ... but this club was dominated by vacationing big city business guys. I have also worked in tiny clubs where customers were scarce and/or frustratingly cheap.
#2 A club being larger is only meaningful if ...
a. the spending ability of typical customers of that large club is on the high side, or
b. the large club's customer to dancer ratio will allow a dancer to make up in higher 'volume' what she loses in reduced average spending per customer

i dont think being the prettiest ( unless you're talking like you're the only one with teeth or something extreme like that) is really that important in stripping. i dont really see a direct correlation with the best looks ( and everyone has different tastes so what does that even mean) and being a top earner..its about sales, charisma, acting, determination, drive and getting in the customers head and giving them what they want.
so i say better to be at a club with more potential than resting on your laurels at a smaller one

I used to work at a club with maybe 30 or 40 girls working a night but the majority of girls weren't very attractive. So I was always one of the ones making the most money. This club wasn't very popular though so never got big crowds probably because guys knew the dancers weren't that great looking. The club I'm at now has like 70+ girls working a night and the majority of them are really hot so I'm not always the top earner anymore but that's fine with me. There's more potential at this bigger club because we get big crowds and a lot of customers willing to spend money. I may not be the best but I make a lot more than I did at my old club.
I guess the upside of being the hot one in a smaller club is the ego but ego doesn't pay your bills.

Working at a big club w prettier girls is better because no one has the same hustle as you, and bigger clubs w prettier girls attract 1. more customers, 2. higher spending customers. Not every girl there will be a strong hustler, I'd honestly say very few girls are willing to do what it takes to make the most money, and quite often the prettiest girls are the ones making nothing because they expect to just be able to sit around and make money.

I would say it's best to go with the larger club. The reason is there are more customers and greater spending potential. Just like another poster said, I have found most girls are not the best hustlers. At every club I've ever worked at there's been better hustlers making more money, and many girls making far less then me. At least at the bigger clubs, there is opportunity. As for being the prettiest girl in the club, that's okay, but certainly doesn't mean they make the most money. The biggest money makers of all time time that I've witnessed, have often NOT been the best looking girls in the club. They have been the most driven, hardest working, constantly talking with customers, working long hours and many nights a week, and usually never having more then one or two drinks all night. They use their charm and people skills in their hustle, and are incredibly persuasive in getting customers to go for a dance.
Bigger club for sure. I've been the prettiest girl in a small club for a time, even though I was making more money than other girls there, I was making over three nights what I would make in half a shift at my next club (much bigger)

Point nobody has brought up... if you are the top earner in a small club, and you are the hottest girl there, you could possibly generate a lot of hate towards you from the other girls.
My club is reasonably small (comfortably supports about 15-20 girls depending on business) and when I first started on dayshift, I got a lot of negative attitude toward me. A lot of the girls on that shift are the stereotypical B-squad dayshift, and I came in with my long platinum hair and toned body, and just cleaned absolute house on them.
The "that girl"s were still hustling and getting $$, but there was a lot of resentment towards me. Made for a rather uncomfortable dressing room experience.
Agreed that it can be fun to have the ego and be the hottest one there, but your money could be better somewhere that gets a better clientele.
"People jack off with the left hand and point with the right."
"You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave."

I made the move from a smaller club to a much bigger club. I went from being one of the top earners at my small club to a middle-tier earner at my current, larger club. But I'm bringing home more money than I did at the small club. I've already learned a lot about how to up my hustle just from being in an environment with hustlers, and I feel like I have room to grow at my new place. We get a lot of out-of-town customers because we're an institution, which means a LOT more potential.
However, I have seen some girls crash and burn at the larger club. Because larger clubs usually = more intense hustle, girls with no hustle drop like flies. I'm glad I took a few months to get my feet wet at a smaller club before taking the plunge, but I'm also glad I took it when I did. It requires ambition, drive, and a willingness to leave your ego at the door and be out-performed (at first) by girls with more experience and/or better bodies.
I'd rather be middle-of-the-pack and getting that money than be a queen bee any day.

Yesss, if I had started at the club I'm at now, I would NOT still be stripping. It took 2 years for me to get to the level I'm at, and I keep getting better and making more and more money, and now that I've graduated to a bigger club, I'm making double and triple what I was making as another pretty girl at a big club than as the prettiest girl at a smaller club. The money at the smaller club just wasn't flowing like it is here, because the girls hustle better, and the guys have more money to spend here as opposed to mid-tier. Not to say one can't make decent at a mid-tier or even dive, but I've found MY niche.
!!!!!!!!

I also had to depend a lot on regulars at the small club, at the big club not so much. There's always new customers coming through the door, tourists, crowds, and I prefer it that way, much easier on me.
