Default free hustle tip with 2 minute survey, dancers. TIA

    1. Whats your favourite song to dance to?

2.Whats your favourite Brand and why?

    3. Favourite Magazine?

    4.How do you relax?

    5. Whats your biggest fear while working in the club?

    6. Whats your biggest frustration from your club (something they should change) or you would change if you could.

    Thanks for your time.
    Free hustle tip
Firstly, I managed a few of the biggest clubs in Australia.
and was in charge of sales and marketing training.
And have never taught this particular technique, however am looking for any feed back.
    Proceed with caution.
    as in the law of.

As a social construct, reciprocity means that in response to friendly actions, people are frequently much nicer.
This may sound counter intuitive (opposite of what you think you should do).

The seen, approach 2-3 guys at the same table that are close to the stage.
Usual chat occurs, then offer to buy the guys a round, (they will be off balance with this, as it is not the norm)15-30$ If your mates with the bar tender maybe cheaper or free.
this is to occur a song before your due on stage.(hopefully no other girl swoops in)
when your called up to dance do as you would normally do( do not approach them straight away)( as they may pick the hustle)
Then as you have moved around the floor in your routine make eye contact and move as close as you can and tap you garter/g string, they all should feel obliged to tip usually as a rule 33% better ( get all of them to tip!) unless one tips a 50 $or 100$, but men hate looking cheap in front of their friends.
Also once someone has tipped you they are alot more inclined to spend more money on you (upsell) lapdance!
If they fail to tip the hustle isnt over yet, (they should buy you drinks back at the least) still return and try to get the lap dance.

let me know how you go, until then
    thanks and keep hustling

Soooo, if I understand you correctly, you're saying the girls who already pay to work in the club should be spending further $$$$$$ to buy cheap stubborn wankers a round. You're suggesting spending roughly $30 a round [I] in hopes/[I] of making $50-$100. That's really only $20-$70 profit a pop, but interestingly, that's a guaranteed $30/round in the club's pocket. Sounds like the hustle tip you're offering is meant more for club mgrs than any smart dancer.

Further, it conditions the customers, many of whom are getting cheaper & more extras-expecting by the day, to demand EVEN MORE from dancers. I can hear it now. 'Dancer X bought me AND my mates a round last wk -- wtf is wrong w/ you? Why won't you buy me a drink tonite? I paid cover charge after all … ' Same bitching many girls already hear when they don't allow unwanted touching, kissing, etc. Way to stoke the flames of customer entitlement.

Fair point, you pay to work in the club, as it provides a much safer environment to work in, there is no possible benefit for me to make your club any more money. it is a well used marketing technique, and i said proceed with caution, if it was with regulars it would be great for building rapport?, and for randoms, may work better. I wouldn't be walking around doing every 10 mins, but if you doubled your money each time( might be worth it would it not). Wouldn't suggest it on a slow night but if you've had a good night, would be worth a try.
I am also only giving marketing and sales tips, from a male ex manager perspective, nothing i say could take the place of experience from a dancers perspective, you know your clients, and you are correct it may not work every time but no one makes the sale every time
    Appreciate your feedback thanks

Yes, reciprocity is a valid sales technique but jumping to the conclusion that you need to spend money on guys is where you go off the rails. Any action that shows even the slightest effort can be used. For example, when the hustler helps the customer get the attention of the waitress could also be viewed as a favor that required reciprocity. That's much cheaper than a round of drinks.

If you want to turn this into a thread about hustling techniques from a customer's point of view:

    - Read the Millionaire Next Door. This will help you identify real wealthy men not just the $30,000 "millionaires". Many guys that look wealthy are living paycheck to paycheck. Most wealthy men are not what the media shows. Small tip, underdressed guys wearing 20k watches are a dead give away.

    - Identify the different types of wealthy men and how they tend to spend. Entertainers/sports guys tend to be younger and more impulsive. They'll spend tons one day but are harder to make regulars. CEOs/business owners tend to be older and more stable.

    - Identify which whales are cheap (almost all high net worth guys are the cheapest people I know) and which ones spend. The trick here is finding out how they grew up. Second generation or old money spend like there's no tomorrow in general. They don't respect money at all. First generation that grew up in poverty tend to stay cheap their entire lives. Ask them about where they do on vacations, this will let you know how easily they spend. Do they fly private or at least first class on vacation? Do they charter a yacht in Monaco or go camping?

    - Once you find a guy that you know has money and that he's willing to spend it, you need to make sure that you're the one that he's spending it on. Most wealthy people spend money on experiences. Look at it this way, when I go to Vegas I'll drop 50k or more easily. I'll get the owners table at Hakka, gamble a bit, hit the shows, stripclubs maybe etc. The hotel that gets my business is the one that treats me the best. They give me a concierge that takes care of everything. I get comped tons (look reciprocity again). I hooked up with a girl from Spearmint one trip. We ended up hanging out for a few days. She partied and gambled with me and showed me where the bast sushi place was off-strip. She made 5 figures. The point being that they money being spent is to have fun. If you're going to increase the amount of fun enough, you're going to make lots of money.

    - If you're looking to make big money OTC without extras you need to have a plan. Do you know the best hidden restaurant in the city? Let him know this and offer go together, but for $$$. Make it seem like you're being a concierge, especially if he's traveling. Remember that wealthy guys tip their hosts/promoters/concierges large amounts. That's a great job to work your way into.

IMHO too many guys don't understand the dynamics of strip clubs to fully appreciate what the dancer is doing for them, especially guys who visit clubs in groups. A lot of these guys don't understand that the girls pay to work there and may not believe that she is paying for the drinks out of pocket.

I can also see other ways that this backfires, including guys who don't give a shit about reciprocating, guys who have thin pockets and don't want to pony up for expensive dances, guys who believe that she makes a lot anyway so it's no big deal if she buys some drinks and defensive guys who get upset about taking on some perceived obligation because they were given drinks that they didn't ask for.

Idk. A generation or two ago this strategy might have made more sense, but IMHO it's a high risk proposition in the current environment with this current generation of strip club customers. It's one thing for a club to comp drinks at cost, but another animal altogether for a dancer to buy a round at retail in the hopes of seeing some return.

Unless the club is providing free drink cards (and some do, which can be used as incentives for guys to buy dances or as rewards for regulars etc) for this purpose, many dancers won't be willing to try your "tip" when they are already starting in the negative. Majority of us have sound skills and do not need to essentially "pay" the customer in order to potentially gain rapport, a tip or a drink in return. It's a bad way of conditioning customers to expect more for less in yet another area of the industry. Additionally, many clubs frown upon dancers using their "dancer drink prices" for customers (i.e. dancer orders with customer's $, to get cheaper prices) it takes money from the bar.

If you are looking for helpful responses, ask the girls you manage or dancers you are in contact with. If it's relevant to improving your club, it would be more useful (especially because a lot of the posters are from the US and will voice different "problems" to local dancers etc).

    1. Whats your favourite song to dance to?
    Anything sultry/bluesy

2.Whats your favourite Brand and why?
    BMW, just 'cause.

    3. Favourite Magazine?
    Who reads magazines?

    4.How do you relax?
Stripperweb (or other online social forums)

    5. Whats your biggest fear while working in the club?
    Vice bust

    6. Whats your biggest frustration from your club (something they should change) or you would change if you could.
Allowing too many girls to work/ not allowing girls to leave when there are already too many girls and the club is slow.

I get the whole offer-something-of-value sales technique, but buying customers food or drinks isn't going to cut it in most strip clubs. Probably offering to pose for a selfie or to send the customer sexy text messages would be more appealing and doesn't cost the stripper anything out of pocket. Other ways strippers do this is through back rubs, flashing boobs, lap sitting or other ways of expressing affection toward the customer before closing the sale. All of these club activities do carry a price tag and giving away these services for free in hopes of getting the customer to buy a dance shows the dancer is very interested in the customer.

I will also show my customers that I value their business by remembering their birthdays or holidays and send them greetings via text or email. I have a couple of elderly gentlemen customers whom I give paper greeting cards on holidays as that is what they prefer. This is a really cheap/free way to keep them coming back and feeling appreciated for their business.

I wished something like this worked at the club I grace with my presence.

I actually have offered to buy a customer a drink and told him to buy a dance with me in exchange. He was like "do they cost the same price?" .... Face palm / epic fail / clueless cheapo

Maybe this would work on regulars who already have a proven track record of spending money. I loathe spending money in the club because I get hit with hella fees and mandatory tipouts soon as I walk in the door so I am reluctant to open my own wallet there. I like tourdefranzias ideas to keep customers interested and coming back - for low cost or free. Plus, spending money on customers before they've shown their "vip worthiness" It's too risky for all the reasons rickdugan mentioned above.

While I agree that customers that suggest you buying/giving them something for free are ridiculous, it's dangerous to ignore all of the feedback. In particular, Rick Dugan seems to give good insight. This forum is full of threads about how tough making money in your industry is. Companies and people that ignore the needs of their customers and live in an echo chamber usually have problems being successful.

Bahahaha. SO MANY THINGS WRONG HERE.

    1) It's not "free" if we have to do something in exchange for it, even if it is a survey.
    2) You were a manager, apparently at only one club. You are not a dancer. If I took advice from every manager, bouncer, DJ, etc. that offered it, I'd be broke. You guys do NOT know how to do our job. End of story.
    3) That "tip" sounds like a great way to increase club profit Way to try to phrase it like it's helpful for us when really the only entity profiting is the club.
    4) That "tip" also sounds like a great way to put myself into a timesuck. Who wants to sit with a bunch of guys for the length of time it will take to *hopefully* recoup my drink expenditures? Buying them a drink creates the wrong impression entirely; they already think we *really* like them and don't get the business transaction aspect... imagine if we all bought them drinks. "Damn that chick really likes me! She bought me a drink! She's gonna hang out with us for free!" They won't think they 'owe' us anything.
    5) Stage tipping = not big in a lot of places. A $5 tip is uncommon at my club. If drinks are overpriced SC drinks, at $8/pop that's $24. Not likely to get that back in a stage set from the drink recipients.

Finally.... 6) I think 90% of girls on this forum are adequate hustlers that could get dances out of those guys, within 2-3 songs, without buying them drinks. Seriously. It is not our job to buy a fucking drink for the customers. They get pandered to as it is enough. I have to deal with them not paying cover, nursing a $4 beer all night, sitting at the stages and not tipping, trying to take pictures, wasting my time, etc. and now you expect me to buy them a drink? When I have no idea if they are even intending to spend any money at all? Come. The. Fuck. On.

Please ignore this post and any following post from me Selina.

There are many women that live very different lives from you. They are no prettier than you, they are not more educated than you, they were not born with any more money than you. But this summer they will be traveling to the Hamptons, Ibiza, on yachts off Monaco. Just like Elin Nordegren will be doing this summer. Sure she did some modelling but she was a nanny that worked in clothing stores. She has a simple degree in Psychology from a non-Ivy league college. She's worth over 100 million and broke up with her post-Tiger billionaire boyfriend. Maybe he didn't treat her well enough.

If you look on social media you will see many women always with pictures on private jets, yachts, driving their Bentley, on the art circuit, at Cannes. If you look closely, they are not any different than you. For each of these women advertising their lives on social media there are dozens that live the same lifestyle but do so discretely. They have no reason to brag, they're having too much fun.

What are these women doing that you are not? Why are you still having to work every week to pay your bills? Why are you hustling "custies" when they are fighting off billionaires? You can justify anything if you want. They're whores, their lives suck, etc. You can make any number of excuses about why they have a different life than you. But the reality is that you chose your life and these women have chosen as well.

Wow dude. You do realize that the odds of experiencing an Elin Nordgren type of story are extremely low, no? It's like hitting the lottery. When she took the nanny job, she had no idea that she was going to be introduced to Tiger or that he was going to marry her. Those same odds hold true with most of the other examples you provided. There are only so many pro athletes, movie stars, sheiks and other types to go around. So many factors play into those things happening, including circumstances, random events, childhood relationships, college hookups, social circles, etc., that orchestrating them as a stranger is highly unlikely.

Do you realize just how many attractive women there are in this country, or for that matter in the world? Do you know how many of them are already throwing themselves at these types of guys, all in the hopes of hitting the lottery? Do you know how few of them succeed? Sorry NR, but IMHO you have a very warped view about how these things work.

I am also quite frankly taken aback. Are you proposing that you have the secret sauce that will put these ladies on a yacht or in the art circuit at Cannes? If so, please do share. I know that I am waiting with bated breath. Otherwise, you may want to rethink that judgmental nature of that post. Many of these ladies are doing the best they can with what they have. IMHO comments like that are mean and misguided and provide nothing of concrete value.

Rick, I don't know about "secret sauce" but I do know this world and how to get into it. I started sharing tips in a post above about finding UHNW individuals and how to hustle them. You seem to think the advice is misguided and not of value, ok. It doesn't seem that this forum is the right place for this kind of advice. My point was that it is possible to get into this world, it is not winning a lottery ticket. There are women that have figured that out. They are not working at clubs.

Excuse me but how is this relevant?

Why are you on this forum when you don't even seem to respect the way strippers hustle and work for their money?

You randomly jump at a member asking her why she's stripping and why she hasn't married someone like Tiger Woods yet?

Clearly you don't know what you're talking about, are you trying to say you got rich by finding some wealthy dick in Monaco? It's not convincing. Maybe try again after you have some more experience in gold digging and stripping and actually know what tf you're talking about.

I'm a blue not a pink Likethis. I made my money the old fashioned way. I built wealth via owning and growing companies. My post was not intended to insult anyone. If you read it again I didn't say anything bad about anyone. I just mentioned that there are other people who do something different that seem to be doing ok. It seems to be interpreted as me saying that everyone that isn't doing that is somehow "bad" or "lesser". That wasn't my intention. I was only trying to open some peoples minds to other potential opportunities.

miss.a.p1600, sorry it's ultra high net worth.

This is really a non-sequiter. How does this have anything to do w/ the current topic? We have said nothing of how other women choose to live, bc those women aren't the ones doing this job & they sure as hell aren't sharing any of their status-boosting secrets w/ us. They are also not (generally) the ones trying (slickly or blatantly) to weasel more $$$ or services from us for less compensation. Are you trying to say that Selina's choice to make a living as a dancer should in fact restrict her to the mercy of her customers in hopes of striking sm kind of status/financial lottery?
