Default Talk to me account deactivated

I got an email today stating my account was deactivated after missing too many calls. Will they at least pay me out what they owe me or reactive me? I was having a lot of issues with my mobile phone lately so that contribute to it.

The support there is really awesome - I am sure they will pay you - I would think they would reinstate your account if you plead your case to them and explain the problem

I'm sure TTM will pay you. They made an announcement about this yesterday on another forum I belong to. According to the announcement, you will have to pay a fee to be reinstated (since they deactivated you.) I can see their point, but I think they should have given everyone a head's up that they were going to do this. I know a few who got warnings. I don't think I've ever missed a call there because I try diligently to sign out when I get calls elsewhere.

This is what the announcement said:

    PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT

I will be going over the accounts/profiles with more than 25% of missed calls. Those with really high percentage of missed calls (over 75%) will be immediately deactivated. Those between 25%-74.99% will receive a warning email that they need to improve their missed calls to under 20% by July 15, or lose their TalkToMe.com account.

This includes missing system calls. So if you normally pick up and then hang up on the system and then just put yourself back available (without pressing 1 to tell the system you are online), you may be included

If anyone is concerned their account may be included in this purge/warning/future purge, please contact me ASAP at [email protected]

Once an account is deactivated for missing to many calls, there will be a fee required to re-enable your account to work again on TalkToMe.com, to ensure your commitment to answering the calls from our customers.
