Default using ASMR in your hustle

so i just discovered ASMR( its a technique where you use a soft voice, brushing with fingernails, light tickling, running fingers throughout the hair, etc that cause a dazed relaxed state and goose bumps). the youtube girl "gentle whispering" is amazing https://www.youtube.com/user/GentleWhispering , at first i was skeptical but just listening to her for 5 minutes i was hypnotized and in a trance. i do remember there was this one guy who came in, and he would have me lightly brush his arm or neck with my fingernails and after a few minutes he was putty in my hands. i was wondering if anybody else uses that technique and how you would do it in a fast-hustle club without freaking people out lol. but i feel like its an amazing technique that could really be put to good use

I can't whisper the whole time at the club because it's too loud...but whispering sexy things in their ear, brushing their arm/back of their neck and stroking their hair (especially if you have long nails/fake nails) has a very high success rate for me. I actually got that from watching some pick up artist show about "IOI" (indicator of interest?) It makes guys feel like you're really into them and increases their attraction to you.

I totally do this! I've never had anyone get freaked out about it -- most customers get really into it and comment how much they love my touch. I don't work in a particularly fast hustle club though… I generally do a 2-3 song hustle and that's pretty fast compared to many of my fellow dancers.

In any case, I find the light touches to be a great way to keep your interaction light and flirty regardless of the topic of conversation. It also keeps you close, since you can't sit too far away if you're touching or else it seems forced and awkward. My go-to spots are the neck, especially the hairline at the nape, between the shoulder blades, and the lower arm. I like to brush my fingertips down their arm when I'm getting ready to close the deal, ending with my hand on theirs so I can easily take their hand and lead them off to the back.

If I'm sitting across from someone or at the bar without a table between us, the thigh is also a good spot. Not too high up, but high enough that you can shoot them flirty, teasing looks in throughout the conversation.

If I'm approaching someone who is sitting on a bar stool, they're high enough that I can wrap my arm around them and start doing the light touches on their upper back or shoulders without even having to sit down. I could see that being useful in a fast hustle club since I tend to close the sale in that configuration pretty quickly.

Like wednesday, I don't whisper though. I do try and lean close when talking though so I'm not yelling and we're not forced to repeat ourselves or guess at what the other person is saying, but whispering is just not conducive on the floor. I do try and maintain a lower tone or at least avoid a bubbly and upbeat one when working this hustle though.

    This ^^

I work in an area where the only form of allowed contact on the floor is "a businesslike handshake" but once you get a guy to agree to "a" dance, I find you can stack them for eternity with a lot of guys doing this.

now i feel like compiling a big list of common asmr "triggers"! although i think the light touches on the back of the neck and around the ear are the most popular

^ I know a dancer who does this constantly- makes BANK. She knows I love it too and would forever be running her nails over my back.

^ oh yeah i'm sure there are, i hear its a very welcoming community too , they aren't as competitive because you can actually get immune to one person's particular brand of asmr so they encourage lots of people in learning and practicing. what bums me out though is that it seems its strictly youtube and online, i dont think any ASMR spas have opened or its ever offered IRL yet because its still very niche. i mostly just watch the girl i linked above, who is the most watched asmr artist, and pay attention to what gives me the tingles. everybody has their own triggers

^^ I have that weird tingling sensation too, but it's not triggered by any noise. I don't know if it's the same thing? I can summon it by will and it's very intense and uncomfortable to be honest. I thought I was the only one to feel it lol...

I tried ASMR for my voice acting, I still don't know what I am doing but omg I sound soooo much better. I feel a bit creepy trying it in real life though. :p

The nails on the neck thing works. If they're already in the VIP area with me (sectioned off, darker, big couches... much more relaxing) and I run my nails like that, I get 4-5 songs easy.
This only works on the guys who are looking for GFE or a sensual dance. It won't help you with "grind me until I bust" guys.

I totoally do this too. I feel like it puts guys in the zone where they don't think about money or spending too much and are likely to say yes
