HEllo Strippers! Just wanted to share some information with you all about how to keep very slim with a candida cleanse and raw food lifestyle!
If you ever get sick or have excess weight to lose, its probable you probably have some kind of candida problem or intestinal microbial imbalance to accompany it. Stop counting calories, its not about how many calories you are eating but the types of food you are eating, how processed they are, and how easy they are to digest. If your food is ASSIMILATED completely through digestion you will only get skinnier. If what you are eating is not coming out the other end, this causes disease an weight gain.
First of all you need to correct the intestinal flora imbalance by starving the yeast in your intestine of their most favorite food.. SUGAR. No sugars, incuding honey and natural sweeteners. Read ingredients, there is sugar in basically all processed foods so you are going to want to prepare meals at your house. Elliminating sugar also means eliminating all grains except quinoa, millet, amaranth, and buckwheat which are not yeast feeders. Definitely no alcohol.
Next aspect is adding vegetable juice for breakfast. No fruits, only veggies save for maybe a green apple if you need it. My fav juice is lemon, ginger, beet, parsley, kale, spinach, cucumber, celery juice. YUM with lots of lemon! and mix in some spirulina for tons of nutrients! The alkalinity of the juice will awaken any toxins and waste that is lying dormant in your body. WASTE = WEIGHT. if you have waste in your body this is what is causing your weight gain. So to lose weight we need to awaken the dried waste and lodged toxins (read: cellulite!) with the polar opposite.. alkaline food. Drink juice for breakfast before you eat anything else (coffee is ok 30 mins before or an hour afterwards). This juice will also be straight up nutrition for your cells, no fiber means no digestion required. Because our bodies wont be digesting food, your body can work on cleaning up house and getting rid of the toxins and waste through any outlets possible (butt, skin, tongue). These toxins and waste are the root cause of all disease and weight gain and therefore anything that will increase this metabolism of these toxins and waste and their elimination through the body will greatly increase the speed of your success. Exercise, deep breathing, yoga, infared saunas, sweating, enemas, colonics (!!!most effective! highly recommend!!!!) , skin brushing, rebounding, meditating, journaling, tongue scraping, oil pulling, acupuncture, massage, etc are all modalities of clearing mental/physical/emotional blockages that will help you to lose the weight, overcome your addictions, and release stored toxins. Just think of how much better you will feel when all the toxic dense substances youve ever ingested in your lifetime, not only physically but also emotionally and spiritually are released. You will feel so much more free when you go through the process of cleaning your body, blood, and mind! A probiotic in the morning is also an excellent idea.
Now what comes after juice? Raw vegetables are your friend. You are going to want to eat lightly in the beginning of the day with simple raw veggie salads, no oils no nuts/seeds no dairy or grains. Basically just vegetables, preferably raw but if you are needing to add some cooked veggies in they digest neutrally and are totally fine to add. Just stay away from oils. Avocado and lemon with sea salt make an excellent salad dressing! Eat vegetables to your hearts content, as many as you would like! hunger should not be an issue
When it comes to dinner you will have a little more leeway. Since this is the last meal of the day, you can have a more dense meal and your body will have more time to work on digesting it throughout the night and plus you won't need as much energy at night (heavy meals drain energy which is why having the biggest meal for breakfast is totally whack!). For a starch meal, start with an avocado salad and lemon juice dressing and maybe a sweet potatoe or a quinoa stir fry or just some simple steamed veggies. The raw food should be at least 60% of the plate. If you would like to have a protein meal instead, use goat cheese and lemon juice on the salad for taste and then you can have a goat cheese steamed veggies with marinara or an omelette (no toast!) or steamed veggies or a piece of fish. The most important rule of food combining is do NOT combine any starches with any proteins!! Not even a little bit. Just don't do it. your body will be able to digest one or the other much easier when eaten by itself and not combined. So Fish and rice = NO, fish and broccoli = good!
If you need a dessert have a 70% or more square of dark chocolate. Not too much chocolate because the sugar will feed the yeast!
if you start getting a lot of detox symptoms (headache, stuffy nose, heavy emotions, swollen lymph nodes) then you have awakened more toxins into your blood then your body is able to elliminate and you need to either A. slow the cleanse by eating more cooked veggies and less raw or B. GET A COLONIC or do an enema, which should completely alleviate your symptoms. Sweating, or getting the blood moving exercising will also help.
Expect to lose weight fast, feel amazing (but maybe not at first because of detox symptoms but POWER THROUGH for best results! get a colonic i swear youll feel immediately amazing afterward if your feeling toxic symptoms) and change your life for the better
