    Crossfingers 8lbs down 12 to go

    in my journey to become a stripper to to get my larger journey started, i auditioned it was good but the dance manager wasn't their and so even though it seemed like i was hired i wasnt because only the dance manager can hire dancers. so she told me to lose 20lbs and then call her back. she hadnt seen me so really shes just being mean but i do have weight to lose so here we go. ive totally have redone my diet and i work out for at least an hour a day. though i probably take more supplements than i eat food, but it seems to be working at least on the scale but not in my clothes. and in all truth im trying to lose 2 sizes because she hasnt seen me. and id like to get an even tan so look more slim in the dark of the club.

    Try the trick of a bunch of self tanner on your middle too . One layer on all of you but then another layer in the middle blended out. It just tricks the eye a little.

    are there other cubs you could work at to help you tone up and make money and get experience at the same time?? i wouldn't completely count on this place, sometimes they'll just give you a BS reason as to why they dont want to hire you, and it could be as simple as the manager just doesn't like the way you look in general or they are having a bad day. never bank on getting hired at just one place unless its the only show in town, just work somewhere else while you tone up

    I'm 20 and I'm a 5 foot size 16. This is the only club I have a chance at right no w. All other clubs are 21 and up with strict weight standard. This place is a nudie dive but its what I got. I got tipped at my audition by the only customer their the front desk lady and the dj both like me its just the stupid dance amanager. But I do have weight to loose there is no arguing that.

    Just don't 'overdo' the working-out. Not sure what your fitness exp is/was like but your body will need time to recover between workouts. Don't just dive into extended daily exercising, you need to build up to that. Over-taxing your muscles can lead to greater risk of injury.

    Make sure that you get enough to eat. If you try to crash diet the weight will come back and you won't like the results. I lost weight gradually so the only evidence is my stretch marks.

    My food in take is ok. I'm on a no card low to no sugar low fat diet, and I charish the day I can have a cheeseburger I think ill be ok. For excercise I have been sore much at all and I'm kinda proud of that. Though the other day wen my boss made me and one other guy unload an entire semi of arcade games I was extremely sore.

    Look up Paleo diet. Based on your posts you seem like an endomorph like me. It's very hard for us to lose fat because we carry it in our midsection. I am on a high protein diet and my weight has remained stable for 2 years now.
