Work consistently and long. I only started making money at that time when I got on at the same time every day and logged off, regardless of how I did. I split shifts so that I didn't get worn out on cam, but when your people can find you at the same time each day, they tend to invest more in you.
Work loooong hours. Split your shifts but in the beginning it pays to sit on cam for ages. The reason for this is so that a variety of people can find you and then become spenders etc. Also, even if your money is trickling in, you will make a lot more sitting for ages than you would sitting for a few hours. It's super tough when you start a new site etc, so yea.
Also, I'm not considered to be conventionally attractive either, my last relationship was 3 years ago and guys in the real world walk past me without a second look. One of my ex boyfriends used to dedicate time into telling me how he wished he could make me a hot girl. HOWEVER, on the internet? Absolutely anything goes. Trust me you are beautiful on the internet, just go into every shift believing that you are the hottest girl these guys will ever have the privilege of talking to and you will be A-ok. A small attitude shift can also help you make $$. The hotter you think you are, the more you will feel ok charging these people lots to look at you, and the more money you will make.
