    Default Good home workouts?

If you have any tips for a good home workout or maybe some particular routine that you like to do please share! I think home workouts can be great for when you can't/don't want to go to the gym.

Personally I like them short, around 15-30 min, with little to no equipment simply because I don't have much except for some light dumbbells. I always try to remember to stretch after. Tried the one below and I could definitely feel it but then again I'm not very fit at the moment, trying to get back in shape and it's a work in progress.

I do DDP yoga. It is based on creating your own resistance (I guess that would be an equivalent to weight) to make the workout more or less intense. The resistance really works too. Some days I barely break a sweat, but if I use the muscle resistance I nee to take a shower after. The moves start off at super easy/basic for 15 minutes, to "Black Diamond" which is more complicated moves for about 30-45 minutes. You can usually find the videos on youtube, but the dvd is cheap enough.

Kettlebell workout--all you need is a kettlebell, though some people substitute dumbbells. Kettlebells are great because the moves incorporate cardio and strength at the same time. This has some good basic moves: http://www.womenshealthmag.com/fitne...-workout-video
