If you have any tips for a good home workout or maybe some particular routine that you like to do please share! I think home workouts can be great for when you can't/don't want to go to the gym.
Personally I like them short, around 15-30 min, with little to no equipment simply because I don't have much except for some light dumbbells. I always try to remember to stretch after. Tried the one below and I could definitely feel it but then again I'm not very fit at the moment, trying to get back in shape and it's a work in progress.![]()
