    Default Non-sexual Escorting - legit?

    Hi girls,

I recently signed up with a non-sexual escorting agency as I thought it'd be a nice casual income aside from dancing, but I'm wondering if anyone knows how legit they really are? I've done some research and I'm really not sure what to believe and I certainly don't want to fall for some silly scam, especially as it's specifically "non-sexual"...I'm already annoyed at the fact that they added my escort name at the top and then thoughtlessly added my real name at the end of my bio!! I also paid a £20 fee to be a managed escort for three months.... The agency is called Dukes of Daisy. So far, not impressed.

After a week of signing up with this new agency, a completely different non-sexual escort agency rings me up for registration and sends me this via email, but I'm not sure how the hell that's supposed to work? The lady sounded friendly and professional, but still, I don't know how that's supposed to work and how she got my details. She did mention Dukes of Daisy, but I asked her about it now via email as I was not aware of my details being given to other agencies.

Overall this is all sounding pretty dodgy so I'm considering withdrawing my application completely. They haven't even asked me for any identification.... I would imagine this is something they would ask as I could be underage for all they know.

    Thoughts?

If they carelessly put your real name, I'd pull out. That mistake is probably an omen of more bad to come. Legit agencies know better.

I just checked out the website and......on the plus side they actually have a website, the site looks good and they have a few attractive looking people to use as 'escorts' (are those profiles real? who knows.) Did they give you any type of contract or forms to fill out? Perhaps review those to see what type of information they'll be asking for and if they'll be keeping your data confidential.

    Real name ? Ugh.

A friend of a friend ( who I don't really trust ) runs one of these in my area.
98% of the time, the men want sex .
These agencies mostly run on sending the ladies ( they get their fee that way ) and you negotiate with the customer in person.
My friend went on one job , the guy was mad, and she didn't go anymore.

Don't hold your breath. I'm willing to bet that the "management fee" is nun-refundable.

They did have forms that they sent and they most certainly broke the "won't give personal information to third parties."

It's pretty rare to escort non- sexually but these agencies mostly run on sending the ladies ( they get their fee that way ) and you negotiate with the customer in person.

Yeah, I've been pretty sceptical of the whole non-sexual thing, obviously sexual would be much more in demand. I am pissed with my real name though, I've definitely requested for them to cancel my membership....don't expect a refund though!

They ( the agency ) can not tell you to have sex - aka - promote prostitution - that type of service works on the " Dont Ask Dont Tell " philosophy - they wont tell you to have sex or promote it to the clients - but as was stated above men tend to get pissed - you need to have mad hustling skills to pull it off - you may have no issues with several clients but others will react negatively - they will either ask you to leave and you keep the money or they will demand a refund - so it just depends on how well you can sell it to them that you are going to do XYZ instead of sex to get to stay and keep the money - back in the day before the review sites and BP you could make crazy money doing toy shows / bed dances / lap dances / occasionally a hand job etc.... All of that said you need to be aware of how or if they are screening -- since it is no sex many of these places will not screen or only do light screening - so be aware that blacklisted guys may try to get services - On the positive side some truly great clients can come from these places as they are not "mongers" who frequent the review sites

    That makes total sense.

I've contacted them asking them to remove my profile, and they have not responded and my photos and real name are shown publicly -- I'm really concerned and have no idea what to do at this point. I just want my profile to me removed.....

Keep calling till they do or go consult with a lawyer to see about forcing them to take that info off asap

Unfortunately it's only email -- there is no contact number whatsoever I think I'll mention that in my next email, though. Hadn't considered a lawyer, thanks!

not sure which email you use for contact with them, but found this " Dukes Of Daisy does not use or disclose sensitive personal information, such as race, religion, or political affiliations, without your explicit consent. Yeah that's the email. Hmm, I'm very suspicious. I read the same thing when they sent me their contracts and when I asked for my profile to be taken down they didn't respond for days, almost a week. Once I threatened to consult with my lawyer as well as make a police report, they replied instantly. Not to mention I am now receiving spam mail and I NEVER receive spam mail. I'm positive they're not legit.

Also, their rates are like 50-60 GBP per hour. Not worth it at all
