So today I go to a 5 star rated salon (on yelp)..I've prev. gone there to buy product only, & it's always very busy, w/lots of stylists working.
Recently, I tried to make an appt. w/a stylist from a different salon that I'd been going to for 6 mo., but she was going on vacation the next day, which she told me, weeks prev., & I'd forgotten. I wish she could've sent me a reminder text (I make all my appts. w/her by text) but no.
In the meantime, I went to a totally different salon, I just got a touch of of base color, it was fine, but the color did not hold, my outgrowth was visible w/in a couple days. A couple weeks go by & now it's grown out anyways
I touched it up myself last night, I used too dark a base color, & I decided to get more highlights
Which brings me to today, when I go to the 5 star place. Was in there for hourss, I got highlights & base touch up, it looked fine in the salon w/the lights/mirrors, but when I get home, it's..awful. Way too dark, all around my face, where I wanted the highlights to be to brighten me up, (I did tell her this btw) & when I pull it back, it looks bad, I wear my hair up a lot, & pulled bk a lot in a pony tail.
I called the salon twice already, they offered to fix it, & I said no, I don't want to go to the same person, so they suggested the owner fix it. So Idk wtf to do now, I'm beyond pissed.
So, I did just now call & set up appt. w/the owner. Big deal. I really don't want to go bk there.
I've a 1pm appt, & I'm going to ask for my $ bk. We'll see.![]()
