Hi.
I have an unopened cd blue ray disc of BBC Doctor Who The Time of the Doctor.
A neighbor was throwing it out, so I took it.
I'm not interested in watching it, and I believe it might be worth something?
In your opinion, where would be a good place to sell it?
Thanks in advance.

^^ Looks to be the soundtrack and not the episodes. I don't see very many on eBay, so I would throw it on there and see what happens.
Now I'm thinking I have to catch up on Doctor Who.

Sorry, but i doubt it will bring much. If it's on a DVD or BLU-RAY or recorded digitally in any way, it's not worth anything. The only reason why some of the comic books from elder years are worth the dime they were printed on is the War. People did paper drives to help kill Nazis. This is why Wonder Woman or Superman's early issues are so rare. The only two things that makes something valuable is rarity and fanbois. As annoying as they can get, they are willing to pay through the nose to get some arcane part of their collection.
When i was a kid, i bought the first two Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles issues way back in 1978 and again for the second issue in the way early 1980's (first appearance of the TMNT and first appearance of April O'Neal, all stuff that makes a difference). Around the time the 1991 movie came out, i sold both for 2000$ and i, being a 15 year old kid, thought i was RICH. If i saw it, i bought two of them.
Those two issues are worth about 50$ together, these days. This stuff relies on how many there are, how tough the stuff is it's printed on, and how old it is. Hang on to Time of the Doctor. Thing about us fans of stuff like this, we can't get enough. We practically SNORT the Starship Enterprise.

Even so. I doubt it'll bring much. Too many people bought it. Rather like the "Death of Superman" issue. Folks bought that like hotcakes, too many of them bought it and they all took care of it. There's a million Death of Superman issues in circulation but only a couple Action Comics number 1's, if you get my drift.
EDIT: Something so stupid i actually lost IQ points at seeing it.

Actually, I have falling in love with American Gods on Starz. I really love how they took Gaiman's novel and expanded it. I wonder if they will ever adopt Sandman with all of the characters?![]()

I read the book a while back (thanks to Elektra), but would have watched this just for McShane. Then Laura and Mad Sweeney go and steal the show. Glad to hear Season Two will ramp up the pace.
I still say there's nothing to disprove that Wednesday and Al Swearengen are the same character.

[QUOTE=Raziel;2998878]Or "Episode I" figures when the first trailer hit. People would line up at Toys R Us hours before opening, then swarm in and grab everything they could. Then the movie came out, and they were sitting on cases of Jar Jar figures for years. Vintage Star Wars figures still on the card are worth a lot because us kids opened and played with them! My favorite was the Emperor's Guard, with the awesome crimson color and cloth cape. I actually have one still in package that I got pre-eBay.

Damn you, HBO, and your "Game of Thrones" marathon. Only meant to watch a couple episodes, and now it's 10:00.
ETA: Just tuned in again and it was right at that scene. You know the one.

On that note - has anybody watched the show "powerless"? If not you should. I enjoyed it, can't tell why it was cancelled after one season.
Where Am I? Missing NYC

Squirrel Girl is coming to TV!
Really think she could have carried her own movie, though.

This Sunday? That really sneaked up on me!

^^ No complaints from me.
Has anyone seen "Bojack Horseman"?

Finally got to see "Logan." I knew I was watching an R-rated Wolverine movie, but damn. Laura was awesome, and I don't recall Patrick Stewart dropping so many F-bombs before.

George Lucas says Princess Leia got her Ph.D. at age 19.

to be honest i stop listening to anything George said since the laser disk release of the OT, when he added luke screaming sounds to the noble self sacrifice scene in empire. just my first hint he didnt even understand his own movies. being a senator alone at 19 already suggested she was insanely bright

And Game of Thrones last night?! My god.
