    Question Firming creams/serums

So prob. most of y'all are too young yet, but I need 'em . Currently using Dr. Brandt's Laser Lift serum, & Xtend Your Youth moisturizer..
I was on SaksFifthAve.com, & they've a professional Clinique XR or something cream, (it's Clinique but not reg. Clinique) & it's got 6 5star reviews..
Also Estee Lauder has a new lift serum out, & some 'tape' lift serum stuff?
    Who uses skin lifting prods???

Revive mouturising renewal. 200 a jar but go to neimans and ask for samples. Say you travel and don't want to break your glass jar. I have the hook up there. She gives me about 300 in free samples every other month. I haven't bought any Revive in about 2 years. Exuvia (sp) using that with revive. Also just bought algenist firming. I get kits for travel because I use 100 different products. Both those are expensive. 87 for the one ( about 3 weeks worth of product and the algenist was 98. Not thrilled with that one.

I'm researching Essential Oils- I can't wait to see if there is improvement without having to pay for massive marketing campaigns/branding as part of built in cost. In terms of firming, plumping, tightening, wrinkle reducing and regenerative properties! There is a lot of filler in cosmetic products too!

I just started using Rose Hip Oil (linoliec acid) and looking at Frankincense and Rosemary too..... Do a google on essential Oils and Wrinkles/anti ageing; but do research in terms of whether you need carrier oil, dilution, and the purity of the source!

Now, for the record, I'm not saying pre packaged cosmetics aren't useful; I'm suggesting a potentially cheaper and effective alternative; I'd also be willing to bet that if you look up some of the scientific names on fave skin care products that some will be the same plants as the EOs recommended for skin care concerns....

This's sold out of Barney's, but the co.'s based in UK & has their own site there.
Idk if it'd work for an older-ass person like myself.

I love the brand derma ware but if you can try obagi products, the stuff at asks or anywhere else except professional products just don't work very well. They cost a lot but they are more than worth it. You have to buy obagi products through a dr office cuz its prescription strength but you can order derma ware things online only you can't get the professional stuff without an esthetics licence. I just spent like $1000 on the derma ware website, I love them!

hated Obaji. I was the first to try it. When it came out went to a seminar. That was 16 years ago.

I agree expensive sruff at Saks some of it is crap and I'm living proof it works since I'll be 47 and get guessed 20 younger. And I have no botox right now and 5 month old filler. Revive is worth it. I'd pay the 200 for it. Whirlerz no. I have bought the 200 jar there once like 3 years ago. I have a specific woman who loves to talk like me and she ends up giving me tons of stuff. Some of there serums are 600. If she isn't there I quickly go in like I know what I'm doing and in a big hurry and say" I need some samples of the revive mouturising renewal. I'm going out of town for 8 days. They are cheaper with them and give me 3-4. I can get 3 days out of 1 packet. YOu can also buy the samples on ebay for about 3-5 a piece. I trust those more than the jars because I got fake jar before. Btw. Tevive is no joke. It burns. And when you put it on, you can tub for 20 min and skin just flakes off. It's equivelant to retin a , almost. If I use it twice a day it will irritate me and i've been using it 6 years.

I'm living proof it works. I was just talking to my sisters childhood friend about her ebay business and we got to talking about a girl who sells jeans because she's hot but doesn't show her face and was like you should do it. I show your facebook pics to everyone and say guess her age. She said no one had guessed me over 30. And that's full stripper makeup pics for work. I look hella older in full makeup. I go by what I get results from. Those people are paid to get you to use alternative products. I just read this. They can say that about any ingredient in product. I can tell you anything that constantly exfoliates creates cell turnover. i'm 10 years younger than my current travel buddy and she was like what do you use, you have zero wrinkles. She's currently getting her eyes done in her homeland. I don't pay 200 jar but i would the results are so great. I'm a product junkie and used everything in the plastic surgeons office and sephora over 10 years. This is the one thing if i go a few months my skin doesn't look as good. I swear by it. If my new damn phone would let me get online I'd post a pic. tomorrow I will if I can.

^ I'm not saying it doesn't work- we should all go by what we get results from, its true. If the active ingredients can be found in another product for less money why wouldn't 'you' try it?

because I've tried generics and they are not the same. And Dr. brown created this. As I said above. I haven't paid for it in years because of the lady at Neimans but i would gladly pay the almost 200. I have. it lasts 4months as well. so worth it imo.

I put it on your page. I've tried tons of stuff now thanks to cindy. The neck cream is awesome, the one serum? I need to go find the name. I don't like sentif. it's like the renewal but more for people with acne. I got turned onto to this product by an old member I traveled with twice. She gave me a sample and i noticed because she use to post pics here her skin looked amazing using this. She was a 12. Too much plastic surgery in her 20's that aged her and a weirdo vut if there's once good thing she did was turn me onto this.

Well, I went on their site, the cheapest thing I saw in the firming stuff was a neck firming cream for $165.00. I may try it, I'll go in one of the lux stores that sell it. I did order the Organic Pharmacy discovery/trial kit which contains the firming serum. I ordered it yesterday, but it won't come in til the end of the month.

^ no go to a store and get samples. or order the samples on ebay and try it first. They will give you free samples if you ask right( I'm good at that). If there is one product you will buy just get the renewal because you can use it everywhere. I know there are sellers on ebay with 100% feedback that sell it. Try a sample fist so you know you have the real product if you get a jar,

I read an article saying that some of the fake stuff is sold on ebay so not all the name brand lotions are the real deal so be careful with ebay.

Yes i said I got a fake on on their before. That's why she should get the sample packs first. Those cannot be faked. then you'll know, smell, texture, what it does. Also don't buy unsealed ( without plastic wrap) and read reviews. Not that those people think it's real and isn't read all neutral too. there is a lot of fake shit. I thought because I got lucky with a jimmy choo I'd geta gucci. I authenticated it was fake. the lady donated all proceeds to charity. I watched 2 months later someone got the same bag for 300 more than me. I tried to have it pulled no luck. Now I use authenticate this. She had a fake bag pulled in 10 min. Or fashionphile or yoogis closet as everything is authenticated before they buy. Anyone wanna buy a 2800 Gucci jackie bag? Mint. I paid 1200. It sucks for travel. Ugh I miss my Jimmy choo. Damn you for getting w hole in the snakeskin.

Damn, I was down town today, shoulda went to NM & asked about that..o well I was busy being hit up for $ all day. (See Ladies Only, 'feeling pissy')

^ they told me at neimans it would probably cost 500-700 to fix it. I was going to take it to a shoe place. Jimmy choo was going to fix it for me but I lost the info( tag of the boutique where it was from) that came with it. it's just sitting in my clooset on the floor with like 4 other coach bags jason bought me. I'm a bad hoarder. Oh and finding that exact snakeskin to match. I haven't proceeded further when I got the Gucci.

Yea, NM would tell you that..can you google/call JC to find out? You might not find an exact match, but there's gotta be a way to get a little piece of s/skin so it wouldn't stand out that's it's repaired. I'd ask around @ a couple shoe repair places
See, I fix/repair clothes, that's different I know, this would be harder cause you gotta find that missing puzzle piece (but not impossible) & costume jewlery so I save/hoard things too. Awhile back, I was able to fix a pieces of costume jewelry & sell it on Ebay
