    Serious question the bulbs I have just now are 135watt its costing so much to run each night so iv found these bulbs I wondered if anyome had tried more eco friendly bulbs in their light boxes/umberellas and if they were ok Name:  Screenshot_2015-08-15-23-07-08.png

    You won't know until you try, its from a UK site so your power bill will be different then someone in Canada or USA , plus it also depends on how many hours are you using them and then also power company have something called peak times.

    So there is no real way for us to give you a solid opion on these bulbs because north America power is calculated different then UK.

    Forget CFL lights, they are shitty for the environment, they are HOT as hell, and they use way more energy than LED lights.

    You can buy LED lights that are adapted to regular light bulb sockets.

    I think in the UK you guys have bayonet sockets:

    For now, you can use these led bulbs in any lamp or light socket. Later on, you can upgrade to even more lighting by purchasing these:
