Default Dancer in Australia wanting to go to the U.S.

Hey I'm a dancer in Australia and I wanting to go for a holiday for 2 months in the U.S. But wanting to come dance while I'm there aswell just wanted to get some info if I would need to visa or anything to come and work at the clubs over there or are there any clubs that they would not ask or need a visa since I'm only there for 2 month . Thinking in the west coast area

This has been covered over and over on here -- unless you have a US passport, you cannot legally dance in the US, unless you're a big name feature and clubs book you. The US does not give out visas for dancers or have a working holiday visa scheme like other countries. If you want to do it illegally, you will have to avoid cities with licenses. There is a whole thread about licensing info, so you can cross off anywhere mentioned there from your list. Otherwise, since there are quite a few threads about this, some ladies have suggested some places where you would probably be able to get away with dancing under the table, so run a search for them. Above all, have a contingency plan (or at least back up money) in case you cannot find a club that will let you work illegally, or if you find a club that will but don't want to work there (generally, if they're willing to overlook you not having the right to work, they're probably willing to overlook other laws). Good luck!

    ^Pretty much this.

Depending on what city you're looking to visit, a lot of clubs don't care whether you are just visiting and will let you work if you can show them an ID. Actually in some clubs I used to work it was common to see foreign born girls with student visas dance in the club, since it was the only job that would pay them close to a living wage. Sure it was illegal, but it didn't stop them.

A lot of chain clubs like Scores, Penthouse, etc. will probably want to see a social security card along with proof you live here, but there are tons of clubs that don't care.
