Isagenix 9 day cleanse is good for 5lbs loss.
I bloat anytime I eat any wheat/gluten. You might try stopping that for a week or two to see if that is a culprit for you. Seriously, if I ever slip up, within an hour or two I look 6 months pregnant with a gluten baby. Sometimes lasts a couple daysI miss beer, so I drink cider instead but it is still crazy high in carbs... just doesnt make me bloat.
I like peppermint tea or just black tea as a diuretic (makes you pee out excess water). There are some other herbs that work great for this, too. I forget the names...
Ditto the peppermint tea - it's great for reducing bloating.





Grapefruit is your friend, peel & eat a fresh one every day, especially in the morn, or more than one. Follow w/a cup of (preferably black) coffee. It works as an appetite suppressant too.
Foods that are good for your liver might help: artichokes, walnuts, dark leafy greens

If the bloat is water retention, fluid away (or similar) tablets are effective, epsom salt baths, body wraps and compression garments also help short term. Like others have suggested, it may be also due to gluten etc (intolerance or otherwise, most gluten products are heavy), cutting out or reducing gluten, dairy, salt and sugar is beneficial to your gut health (taking a probiotic and some kind of liver support is also a good idea-milk thistle is good but you can get combo tablets with turmeric and other liver supporting herbs etc).
Doing a juice cleanse or liquid diet short term can assist in de-bloating you (a lot of the weight loss benefits will be just lost water weight-but it can help to kick start a healthy attitude and get the gunk out of your system). Going raw (or even raw before 4pm) helps to make sure you are eating a lot of fiber and healthy, non heavy or processed foods.

Green tea and tons of water. Also sweating a lot like saunas or hot yoga.I find that doing hard core low carb gets rid of excess water weight but it's temporary.




I use d'lite tea but it's basically just senna leaf tea.. I used it fora month the straight one time and lost 15 pounds!!! Really cleans you out , also towards the end of the month you start to see some really weird things...sorry tmi.. That was stuck inside of you ..but you can't use it everyday forever I just use it like once a year for a month straight to really clean myself out and lose weight kinda like a reset for my body..also be warned make sure you have nowhere to be that morning lol you need a bathroom close by at all times!!!
