Yes, we are camgirls. For those of us who work from home, sometimes lazyness keep us away from working out, especially if we are little bitch hermits and we don't go out in general.
But most of us, don't work out home either. Either the workout is too hard, too boring, doesn't catch our attention or doesn't make us motivated enough to get our asses off coach and sweat a little and many other reasons.
I admit I am on this side, actually, I gained some little weight after I saw how good I was looking from insanity, I got lazy and put on me 11 lb.
So I decided to get into a 30 day challenge and made a spreadsheet where I will work out gradually and I will take care to give myself a cellulite massage.
And I want to challenge you too, girls! Even you don't want to lose weight, it's good to workout for your body health, to sleep better, oxygenate your body and have a better looking skin and, of course, live longer and look younger
So, my spreadsheet looks like this (I don't know how to upload the file, but is easy to do, takes 5 min) and I will fill every cell once I complete the day workout and massage.
About work out chart :

About the dry massage :
1. You need a massage brush (example here : http://www.amazon.com/Dry-Skin-Body-...+massage+brush) and coconut + castor oil or any massage oil / body lotion or anything moisturizing you have around the house. You don't need expensive stuff. Just soemthing to hydrate your skin.
2. Now you can use any way you feel it's more comfortable to you to combine the 2 "ingredients" :
- You either dry massage your skin first, before shower, and after shower, you apply the oil mixture on your wet skin , wait a little and then towel off. (Reccomended before sleep).
- You either rub the oil and use the dry brush to massage and smooth (before shower only).
The dry massage is more effective than any other massage and is good to be combined with some oil to keep your skin elastic and hydrated.
And YES, is more effective than even the classic and very painful anti -cellulite massage. That dry brush on skin won't be comfy either in the first days till you get used to it, but I prefer it 1000 x times over the anticellulite massage.

PS: We need to diet too. Personally I can't eat 100% clean so I will try to eat balanced and don't make excesses.
