    Thumbs up 30 day workout and cellulite loss challenge for camgirls spreadsheet!

    Yes, we are camgirls. For those of us who work from home, sometimes lazyness keep us away from working out, especially if we are little bitch hermits and we don't go out in general.
    But most of us, don't work out home either. Either the workout is too hard, too boring, doesn't catch our attention or doesn't make us motivated enough to get our asses off coach and sweat a little and many other reasons.
    I admit I am on this side, actually, I gained some little weight after I saw how good I was looking from insanity, I got lazy and put on me 11 lb.
    So I decided to get into a 30 day challenge and made a spreadsheet where I will work out gradually and I will take care to give myself a cellulite massage.
    And I want to challenge you too, girls! Even you don't want to lose weight, it's good to workout for your body health, to sleep better, oxygenate your body and have a better looking skin and, of course, live longer and look younger
    So, my spreadsheet looks like this (I don't know how to upload the file, but is easy to do, takes 5 min) and I will fill every cell once I complete the day workout and massage.

    About work out chart :

    I have chosen 2 x 30 day challenges from here : http://30dayfitnesschallenges.com/ ( You choose 1, 2, 3 or as many challenges you want to do in the same time. I need to slim my arms and lose a bit of fat so I've chosen some sort of cardio workout and arms workout).     I used pinterest to have both challenge charts with me anywhere I go, but you can save the pics in your phones or print them as well.

    About the dry massage :

    1.
    You need a massage brush (example here : http://www.amazon.com/Dry-Skin-Body-...+massage+brush) and coconut + castor oil or any massage oil / body lotion or anything moisturizing you have around the house. You don't need expensive stuff. Just soemthing to hydrate your skin.

    2. Now you can use any way you feel it's more comfortable to you to combine the 2 "ingredients" :
    - You either dry massage your skin first, before shower, and after shower, you apply the oil mixture on your wet skin , wait a little and then towel off. (Reccomended before sleep).
    - You either rub the oil and use the dry brush to massage and smooth (before shower only).

    The dry massage is more effective than any other massage and is good to be combined with some oil to keep your skin elastic and hydrated.
    And YES, is more effective than even the classic and very painful anti -cellulite massage. That dry brush on skin won't be comfy either in the first days till you get used to it, but I prefer it 1000 x times over the anticellulite massage.

    PS: We need to diet too. Personally I can't eat 100% clean so I will try to eat balanced and don't make excesses.

    I just started Cize and it's a great program is you are looking for something fast paced and a hard workout.

    Thanks for the links and this thread. I too did another BeachBody program, kicked ass and than slacked. Now my butt is in gear and working out again. I wish you could just eat and stay skinny.

    I need something like this! Im doing a Porn shoot in a couple weeks that is "survivor style", they drop us on the beach, make us do challenges, vote each other out etc. and I need to be looking tight for that!

    Im going to start today with a Bodyrock.com workout. I dont have cellulite though so Im not going to worry about that one. Instead Im putting in 1500 calories a day.

    I'm in but in my own terms.I started a workout program(cardio) last week,I cant do any kind of workout because of my back but I can do this one and it helped me lose 20 kilos in the past so I go for it again.My goal is not just to lose weight,even if I am a bbw this is not my main goal,my main goal is to help my anxiety and feel better physically and mentally.I look forward to this thread to become active and motivational.Some days I miss motivation ,even if I know every effort I do is for my health,being a lazy hermit makes it be harder)
    I took a break in weekend bcs of my period,but today I'm starting again ,after last week doing 30 mins/day I am going now for 45 mins/day ,5days/week.
    I also can't eat 100% clean but already putting efforts into this .
    It's more of a life time challenge for me but for now baby steps,work out and eat as clean as I can for 30 days,when I'll see results in my body and spirit it will become a habit.

    Another good thing to use for cellulite is coffee grounds. Just take the grounds after you've made your cup of joe and massage them in like you would a scrub or lotion then leave it in for a few minute before showering off. Its a little messy but the caffeine works wonders on the skin. Most commercial cellulite cream if you look at the back Caffeine is usually one of the main ingredients. You can probably use a strong black or green tea as well.

    Where were you guys when one of my custies wanted to pay to see cellulite? Genetically I don't have much (just on the tops of my thighs) and I've been working out so now it's really going away so I missed out on money :/

    OF course, everyone should do own type of work out, the ones I gave example is for those who, maybe are at the beggining or want to take it slower first days!


    I am at 1/ 30!
    I didn't workout, but I played 1 hour of tenis where I burned 450 calories and changed 2 shirts! It was so damn hot outside even if was evening!

    This is an excellent idea. I keep meaning to get back into yoga and I really have no excuse not to work out with a full home gym. Seriously--there's a high-end elliptical trainer in the house and a full set of weights with the accompanying DVDs to work out with. Even doing 20 minutes per day would be excellent for me, especially since I've really cut the garbage out of my diet lately (not pizza though--never pizza, lol!).

    The cellulite thing though--FUCK YES! I did it for a while before now and it really did help. I even had the embarrassing conversation of 'please don't throw out the coffee grounds in the morning,' 'why?' 'because my cellulite needs to be scrubbed away and DON'T-YOU-DARE-LAUGH-AT-ME-SIR!!!' with my old man this morning. I will be forever mocked it they aren't used now.

    Actually, pizza is the less "dangerous" fast food ever.
    I don't know how pizzas are made in USA, but here , in Europe , pizza is made italian-style : fresh baked, thin crust and only 2-3 indredients : ham, mozzarela, mushrooms, olives.
    Of course there are various combinations not only this one, but what I wanted to point out that this is actually healthier than a sandwich ( pizza in small size, of course), because of the thin crust. Absolutely nothing in that combination could harm the "diet" because nothing is fried or has too much calories. Ok if you choose bacon topping,sausages, salami and 10 types of cheese and thick crust all in biggest size available, then it may do...

    Actually it`s considered harmful when you diet because of carbs but yeah, rather have a small sized pizza than a KFC bucket IMO.

    You can order healthy pizza here. Gluten free, low fat cheese, and spinach. Many times you can eat your favorite foods in moderation or add different ingredients to them.

    I'll try this challange.Currently, i do a pilates to tone my body and exercising for flexibility.
    I love coffee scrub, but coffee clog pipes and color my bathtub:| i find sugar and salt work same good.
    But i will dry brush my skin for sure.
    What i currently already do:
    1) i take vitamins, and collagen
    2) i eat as healthy as possible, i do not eat sweets and carbs(pasta, pizza) they make me feel bad
    3) i walk early morning outside, leaves my skin somewhat tighter from cool air i guess or vit D.
    4)i do pilates
    5) sea weed wrap. I like sometimes make a sushi out of myself, leaves skin tights and soft.
    6) i manage stress.
    about pizza, not all food created the same way..in Europe wheat is different than in Usa.

    I initiated this thread and I am the first who's slacking!!
    But I have an excuse hahahaha ))
    Today it was my bday so in the last 3 days+ today (when i celebrated with family) I got friends calling me out and I couldn't stay away from eating goodies and cakes and so on with them )) Food Porn Bday was )
    Buuut! I gifted myself with a new DSLR camera and a new multifunctional (multigym) fitness bench and I am ready to start a nice workout routine because I am going to take before and after pictures.
    This week I will have the multi-gym delivered and I can't wait to start!

    Im slacking too, and ass keep growing.....
    But i went to the farm and picked all fresh produce, literaly. I went out to the field, digged some sweet potatoes, tons of bell peppers,tomato, eggplNts,zucinni. I forgot my fitbit, but at the end of the day i was verrryyy tired,made 15000 steps no less.
    Also i got all organic cleaner( branchbasics) i will try to clean bathtub after coffee scrub with that and see if works.

    This is a sweet idea, just a word of advice about the 30 day challenges. A huge workout myth is that by working out a specific part of your body, you will work the fat off of it. Because your body chooses where to store fat, you could work out your abs for the next year, and you could still have that bit of fat.
    If you're looking to build muscle, then these challenges are great! To loose that fat though, remember to work with proper nutrition. Eating too little calories can actually hurt you, because your body thinks that you aren't getting enough food regularly so it holds on to more fat. Having even a granola bar in the first half hour after you wake up can make a big difference in your body holding on to fat.
    The biggest thing though: If you want to loose your midsection, so you're working out your abs DON'T USE WEIGHTS!!!! You might be getting a better workout, but you'll actually be making your abs BIGGER. So when you manage to loose those pounds, you'll have more on your tummy then you thought you would.

    7 minutes every day, and once this starts to feel easy, the 30 day challenge should be a lot easier!
