If you'd feel more prepared, sure, buy a dance when you're in the club. Personally, I wouldn't even bother visiting the club at this point because you're already hired and will just be wasting money on things you can see for free once you work. Like, you can watch the stage at the beginning of your shift, and you can discreetly watch when other dancers are giving lap dances. Stage and lap dances really aren't all that complicated -- once you know the rules and see one or two dancers, you'll figure it out. Besides, most customers are happy to pay to play guinea pig for a newbie.
As for the club providing clothes -- be sure to ask how much those cost. I suspect it's someone selling outfits, not that you can loan out an outfit for your shift (although maybe that is the case, who knows), but either way, nothing in the club is free.
And your flirting skills/hustle will be your money maker by far, so definitely focus more on those than your outfits or stage show.
