Thumbs up for keratin treatment so far. For frizz reduction. Love it.

For the coconut oil, I just ordered brand Coco & Co, 5 stars on Amazon.
It's supposed to be better for beauty uses than the food grade, we'll see.
For the haircutting, I do it by the waxing moon after the 1st quarter, which's how I learned about it![]()

Bioderma micellar water is the best for removing makeup.

HOLY GRAIL -neutrogena make remover wipes in the blue packaging.
Dove Beauty body wash

I currently have 2 different masks on, 1 for the small oily area, & rest for anti aging

Ehhhrmagerd I didn't expect to have awesome results from taking brewer's yeast tablets but my tummy bloat is less & my stomach hurts less. I think combining that with Evening Primrose Oil helped reduce the inflammation in my stomach & bowel/intestines.
I move around a lot at work too...which definitely helps burn calories

I've been subscribing to Seventeen Magazine for the last few years.
I find that of all the fashion mags, they are the best at showing the most current (realistic) makeup/ beauty trends.
I like that most of the products they feature are very affordable also.
Does anyone have any favorite beauty mags they recommend too?

I've been brushing my teeth with activated charcoal and omg what a difference! My teeth are sparkling.

I love the Crest white strips, but I use them once every 3-4 weeks. I have really sensitive teeth, but when I use them in this time frame they don't hurt at all and I still get results (more like maintaining since my teeth are really white as is). In regards to mouthwash I've tried A LOT and I always go back to my tried and true Listerine in cool mint. It burns my tongue like hell when using it, but I feel the difference in a good way - my teeth don't get "fuzzy", my mouth feels cleaner, and my breath is fresher longer.
I'm terrible with remembering to floss. But when I did I always catch my crowns on the floss and it's a pain in the ass to get the floss unstuck.
Anyone have recommendations on mascara that make lashes look bigger but don't flake? I've been using Mabelline for years and I LOVE the way it makes my lashes look, but I hate that I have to constantly check my face every 1-1.5 hrs to remove flakes.

I use Stretch by Touch del So, Sephora.
& my teeth are sensitive I use (not all the time) Collate Enamel whitening & Lysol whitening mouthwash, also occasionally

Also I hear Rembrandt is good, I have their whitening mouthwash, but haven't used in a while.
I carry a traveler size of the Listerine whitening

I use the Crest 3D Luxe White Strips. I've been using these for about 8 years. They also have the Classic Vivid version, but the adhesive isn't strong at all with that version.

I randomly used my old favourite serum the last couple of nights and my skin is already looking good again; such a relief.
I had stopped using it for a few months, on the recommendation of one of the skincare experts instore. I obviously know my own skin better than most of them do.

Was in Vitamin Shoppe, got a mini B12 spray, I just did one spray, we'll see how it goes

Has anyone tried this new lip trend yet?
I probably will, since lips are the only part of my face that I show on cam.
Will report back how guys like it.

Its Dermalogica Multivitamin Power Serum. I really only use it at night. I have some Pai rosehip oil that I use at night sometimes, but I just find the other one really actually improves my skin, not just maintains it. I know a lot of people prefer all natural products though.

I love the La Mer cream and if I feel like being super extra, I'll even buy the face wash. However, the serum sucks!!! It is the most expensive thing I would buy from La Mer. The bottle is super tiny and I tried it twice and it was always mind bogglingly disappointing. :/ I know a lot of people say it's hype but not for me the creme it's not. That baby works really well on my skin.
I also need to start doing retin A again but I think I'll start that next Monday. I have places to go and people to see all week, I don't need any flaky patches on my face due to the initial peeling.
I'm realizing that Neutrogena makes fabulous products. Their moisturizing hair mask is amazing, their pore refining cleanser works wonders, and their anti wrinkle retinol serum is amazing. Their stuff doesn't cost a lot but they work so well.
Taking a ferritin supplement has been making my hair grow like a weed. My hair is coming back! Between this and the Olaplex, my hair is coming back to life! Yay! Three more months and I'll be extension-free!
