which one should I try? The all over face retinol or undereye cream?
I'm looking for one that also moisturizes a bit.

Looking for some better under eye patches to combat fine lines a bit better than the ones I'm currently using.
yes they don’t work.... the only thing that gets rid of under eye fine line is the treatment I’ve had twice ... where they insert a needle that is a u shape .... but takes forever to recover from it but well worth it. Cannula under eye filler . You can use Botox around the eyes (crows feet etc) but anything under the eye takes more effort, I tried it all peels, masks in the end I had to go surgical , great results thou x

I’d go all over the face. Eye creams are generally a waste of time and money! Word of warning thou, you must make sure you use a great sun block on your face when using retinol products, at least factor 50. The body shop do a great one , I use obagi x

What do you mean by it takes ages to recover? Bruising, swelling etc?
I want tear trough filler as its the area that is really showing signs of ageing on my face - sunken eyes and dark circles, plus crepey skin with worsening lines.

takes 3 weeks for swelling to go down and bruising. Plus you may need one area dissolved to match the other eye .... it’s a difficult procedure to get right hence why it’s pricey. Make sure, if you do it, you go to someone really good x I’ve had it and looks fab now but took at least a month to look right x

ooooo do you mind telling me who it is also? i've wanted tear trough for ages but a bit nervous as the needle goes so close to the eye lol.

do you find it lasts? as my lip filler doesnt seem to last long, and botox lasts 7/8 weeks on me max. i think i must have a high immune or something.

Sure hun PM me .. yes it’s a dangerous procedure , can lead to blindness so you got to make sure you go to right person. Had mine done two years ago still looks fab, I just top up with Botox . My filler and Botox lasts ages (lips once a year for example ) but I think it depends on your metabolism as to how long it lasts . I also have a dedicated skin routine too, facials etc x

I ordered these whitening eye drops on Amazon called Lumify. I've been wanting to try them forever because I hear that they make you look so good you'll never be able to stand the sight of your unbleached eyeballs again. Though I'm going to use them for special occasions only. I can't imagine they're healthy to use on a daily basis. They were only $9 after applying a coupon and subscribe & save.

I use Lumify drops a few times a week. Definitely an upgrade from regular, all bright eyed and bushy tailed. It’s not that dramatic to me now though. Going put some drops in now in fact to test.

Botox only last about 12 weeks on me too. I'm a bit disappointed. Only had it done twice so far but I was hoping to only go every 6 months instead of every 3-4.

me too, it lasts 4/5 months for my friend too. it costs me £300 every 6-8 weeks so its a joke to keep on top of, but i love how it looks as i just feel my makeup goes on smoother when i'm frozen. first world problems lol

it really does look promising, I’m waiting till I see more examples. I have only seen the after pics and the longest I saw was less then 3 months and I haven’t had any girlfriends get it yet. I have a couple friends who I can count on to try it, so as the face masks go away so will any trace of wrinkles on their faces. I know I was overcompensating with my eyes wearing the mask, way more units of Botox then I was used to around my eyes the last time I went.

I’m lucky if I get 3 months out of Botox.

It seems more like a facelift when I see the before and afters. I'm down to see this in action 1-3years sounds amazing compared to botox.

yeah it is, but I don’t think it is long term that dramatic compared to 3 years of Botox and filers. I kinda hope I am wrong. Also have to weigh in the costs of both ways. There will be some give in those 3 years, there probably will be Injectables used in that time to keep up the look.

I kinda prefer the idea of the short term touch ups. My face has become much slimmer with age/life changes just in the last couple years, and it has made me much more afraid of what I had always assumed would be my eventual facelift. Trying to put off as long as possible and am starting to see that I might not do it at all.

I have to look more into the thread lift since this is new to me (but I like how botox preserves the face)....and I know there are areas of the face that I was told I couldn't get botox injections for a lifting look (near temples) and with the thread lift, they seem to put bella hadids before and after photo (not sure if it is accurate) but I really would love to have this done if it's quick and safe with more research on my end

Make sure you get a good doctor for thread lift. My friend had a disaster with it. She said it was really painful and had a bad result.
