Doesn't look bad are you planning to get fillers?.

^It looks worse in real life, I can't get the angle right to show how the lines extend outside the eye corner. No I decided against tear trough fillers even though my eyes are very hollow underneath.
I was just showing the lines that can't be helped with botox, the outer crows feet lines get reduced but these ones don't.

From what I know, lower blepharoplasty is the answer, because I have been looking into this issue. Basically, they remove the extra skin that causes sagginess and pulls the skin up, making it look wrinkle free. Altough, your eye looks pretty normal (I have this problem too and been noticing since I am 23, I am 29 now and it looks the same). But it's worth to look more into this procedure and see if you can use it.

Well I changed my mind. I was looking at my face in the mirror last night and I barely have any forehead wrinkles even with extreme eyebrow raising and there's zero outer eye wrinkles. I'll still try a lip flip though.

I have an unpopular opinion. You know how some women get botox into their masseter muscles to help with headaches and teeth grinding? And how a lot of times the teeth grinding causes overdevelopment of the masseter muscles leading to a really square jaw that softens or slims down once they start with the botox and stop using those muscles as much? They always consider the jaw slimming to be an improvement in their appearance, but I almost always like how they looked before with the really square jaw lol.

^ I think there are two schools of thought on this. I have heard of people going to opposite way (wanting more structure) to deal with sagging that happens. (jowls) I think this accomplished by filler if I'm not mistaken ?

A prescription tretinoin applied diligently will work. Mine are gone after 5 months of use.

when people say they are getting Botox for medical reasons 1. They are but it is being injected by someone not considering just or any aesthetic reasons so it looks wonky. Dealing with insurance when you normally don’t bill isn’t something a person who specializes in cosmetic work is gonna push. Some do for sure. 2. They might suffer from migraines/grinding but go to someone who focuses on the look. In that case there is some sort of disconnect with the injector and you get a weird look. I go to my doctor because she is honest and tells me when I will approach an unbalanced look. It’s all fixable.

Got 34 units of Botox the other day. I was way over due. I’m super happy, but the second it kicked in I got a noticeable uptick in trolls calling me old on cam. I know they are just trolls but it made me think if the super rested look is now just as associated with aging as wrinkles are? I’ve been getting Botox since my mid 20s, always like clockwork (baring early pandemic) so it hasn’t been this dramatic in a minute despite getting way more units previous times.

What I have noticed with my friends (in their forties) who get heavy botox is that while they look totally normal in person, in photos they will have that stereotypical botoxed, frozen look. So since it's something that I feel like does display differently on camera, it might not be that you look "old" but rather you just look like you have botox, which they associate with being older. Also my friends in person look significantly younger than they are, it's just a weird camera thing.

that’s what I was thinking. I’m still relearning my forehead makeup for work with the Botox working away again. I think I had too much setting powder on my smooth forehead. Previously I was adjusting to the horizontal lines on my forehead that I’ve hated since hs. I do want it to be mostly frozen there so I fully own that look. I have other signs of age that I really don’t have a problem with.

it should be a lot less botoxy in a week or so. I have fast metabolism with the stuff.

Does anyone here have experience with cheek filler? I'm already an oval face shape with prominent natural cheekbones (think young Monica Bellucci) but I'm wondering if with cheek filler I can get Zoe Kravitz level. I don't want a lot in there at ALL but am mostly concerned about long time effects of Juvederm in the face (I have it in my lips but that's it). Any input is appreciated

Daily beauty random- had neglected eyebrow waxing for eyebrow razors for about a year and recently got them rewaxed again; jesus I'm never going back lol. The edges look so much cleaner and my face is framed better.

You might wanna see about Zoe Kravitz before and afters. She basically had implants and modified her whole face to look like that (skip to minute 3, to get over the "this clip was sponsored by bla bla").

Also, you might wanna see the long term effects of too much fillers in the cheeks, to make sure you take the right decisions.

Zoe seems to have gotten the buccal fat removal, very in with 'young hollywood" right now. They will regret that me thinks.

cheek filer will have different limits from what I have seen. It matters whether you are creating a cheek or if you are filling out the existing structure that has lost volume. Seems to migrate when there isn't a place for it to fill.

I just got one syringe in my cheeks, one side was more deflated than the other so the majority of the vial went over there. They are slightly swollen atm but I like how it looks I feel like after the swelling goes down it will look good. I got restelyn. It looks natural too, I hate that Courtney cox look it’s way too much

Yeah this and also had ponytail lift too and implants into her chin, to look more pointy. I had a chubby face in my early 20's, basically my face was a baloon on a petite body. Thank god i couldn't afford a buccal fat removal, because now I'd have regret it, I would have looked older. I turn 30 this year and my face fat is dissolving naturally, while finally having some contour and still look young, like early 20's.
That vid is super good to watch, it shows exactly what she might have done. And I learn for the future, hahaha!

Yeah, that's what the vid says, she got fillers when she was supposed to get a face lift, because they tried to lift a saggy skin with fillers, which is wrong. Fillers are for early signs of aging, then we gotta get a face lift, or we'll end up like her.
Thankfully, filler dissolvers exist nowadays and we can correct it, if it goes wrong.

Beauty random of the day - I'm going to start waxing my arms I think, my hair there isn't dark or thick by any means but I really think small details like that will make my skin look and feel even more soft and pristine And I don't think it'd hurt so much to do on my own like other parts of my body, LOL

Also, I just picked up some of these glitter body oils and OMGG! Summer game changer!!! They smell AMAZING as well!!! I love small details that add a little extra oomph and these are perfect

Ive done this! Clench your jaw and feel those muscles on the side of your face. Those slim down with masseter botox. I pay for it myself but I did it 90% for medical reasons: I have really bad TMJ.

The change is gradually. Its not like lip fillers where you are like wow you've done something to your face. With TMJ you also need to go multiple times because the muscle is so thick.

Ive not done it in two years now. Imagine having chipmunk cheeks. Thats what I have now, lol. Its not so much 'square jaw' but more thick cheeks from the muscle. Its def an improvement in your appearance but its very subtle.

I wanna try the lipflip too. Heard it makes a big difference. One thing thats holding me back is the fact that I heard you can't really drink from straws when you've done it...

I bought 2 weeks ago, this lip balm: https://www.artdeco.com/en/color-boo...-balm-8-255905 I never had a colored lip balm, except something from Nivea, so anyway, I wanted to try something new. I picked the nude shade. And... WOW. I became addicted. I bought it to use it after I apply foundation, before the lipstick but... the balm itself LOOKS like a lipstick, only that it looks just like my lips and it doesn't smudge! I do not have a natural lips contour and I often considered getting them tattooed or a lil filler plump and this balm is... tinted in the natural color so it gives me that natural contour.

I ordered 4 more, I am gonna have one everywhere and most likely use lipstick only at work. No more lip liners and lipsticks when I go out, just this and my natural lips!!!

I'll take a pic eventually with a before/ after, to see the difference. It's just... WOW!

Altough, your eye looks pretty normal (I have this problem too and been noticing since I am 23, I am 29 now and it looks the same). But it's worth to look more into this procedure and see if you can use it.
You're absolutely right about this. Its loss of volume under my eyes that's left the skin without support so it is now essentially excess skin. Probably a mini bleph (skin pinch) would do the trick.
