I ordered this stuff a girl on here told me about. It's called Phent drexx. I have a high tolerance for stimulants but am always tired. She liked it said it was like adderall. It's ok but had dmaa in it The less potent legal version. It makes me feel kinda weird and I don't think it gives me tons of energy but since they pulled ephedra it's hard to find anything good. The guy sent me a sample of stuff with ephedra( it's a different type that's legal) but it basically did nothing. I like stacker 2. But I have anxiety and these can all affect it. The first one I mentioned they only sell online. You may want to give it a try.





^ Oh but I want to add. They say don't take it after 2pm. I have had a hard time sleeping and i take 1 at like between 9am -11. So be aware of that.



Can you hit the gym on your lunch? If your lunch hour is long enough.
I'm taking hydroxy cut max for women atm it has reduced my appetite. Give it a try.

Garcinia cambogia. U can get free samples on some sites if u Google it. I think I Googled the Dr oz one, n i can usually lose 3 or more lbs a week just taking one dose a day. Be careful with ur drinking n other drug usage with it tho.remember all diet pills r a temp solution n dehydration can happen verrrry fast.

Stay away from that stuff, it's bad. Eat healthy, (as much as you can) & work out. Take walks, etc.

Adderall. Vitamin B...if you don't like prescription drugs but adder all will not only focus u at work but also kill any appetite you have to the point you have to force feed yourself at the end of the day. That being said set your limit: whether its coffee, vitamin b, Synedrex (great fat burner btw with HUGE ENERGY), or adderall. set your per day limit and STICK TO IT. And cycle, 2 days on 2 days off so your body doesn't build a tolerance!





Coffee, running on the regular, & health supplements, not diet pills.
BTW when you are trying to lose weight the secret killer of weight loss is eating after exercise revs up your appetite. Eat soup or drink a shake.
I lost several pounds last winter just from being stressed out & barely eating. Not to promote bad habits but reducing calorie intake while still getting nutrients is where it's at..




Adderall never made me lose weight because I always thought to myself "I'm on adderall, I need to eat so I don't forget!" Lol! It literally works like the opposite for me.
