    Default Assault

I was assaulted. The customer had spent a lot of money the last few days (In the club, not with me). I don't know if the managers didn't believe me, or didn't care. I'm having a hard time dealing with it. Please help me process this.

You're welcome to PM me his info & I will arrange a special trip to dispense my personal brand of justice. Just sayin'.

In equal seriousness, I am so sry & angry for you. When did this happen? Is there any possibility of getting LE on your side? I know it's a slim chance at best.

I have had this happen as well. I boxed the guy's ears so hard he started bleeding, & same thing -- he was a big spender for the club so they sided w/ him. Even tried to prevent me from leaving w/o giving him a full refund. It still infuriates me 2yrs later, both the things that have happened to me, & the things that happen every nite to how many other girls yet clubs keep letting it happen. Your mgmt should be marched out back & ENDED right along w/ this PoS.

So wish I could say smtg here that would make you feel better. I am here if you want to PM.

It happened last night. He wouldn't let me go until a manager walked in to 'check' on him. I was in shock, & said I had to use the ladies room. I burst into tears when I went into the dressing room. I'm about to cry now. I'm applying at a new club in a few days. It was horrible.

I don't have anything to say unfortunately except I'm so sorry That's incredibly traumatic. Please take at least several days to take care of yourself before applying at new clubs.

You need to report it to the manager, if they don't do anything about call the police. Go to the hospital asap so they can examine you, call a lawyer and sue the crap out of the guy and club if they dont do anything about it. Im so sorry this happened to you, but you got to be strong.

The managers don't care. I told them what happened in the dressing room. He was at the bar having drinks with them when I left. I have no proof. I don't think there are cameras in the vip room we were in.

Oh the manager will care if their a$$ is on the line.

If I was you I'd consult with a lawyer first. Most will talk to you for free. This way you'll have someone professional on your side, youll know if there is any recourse and you'll know exactly what to do. I hope you can demand some type of financial compensation for having to endure such a terrible experience.

You pay the house and their security to do their job of protecting your well being while you're there. And they failed to do their job which caused you emotional and physically duress.

Please report them to someone who can do something about it.

Even if you think you don't have proof, you never know if someone saw something plus sometimes criminals are so dumb they incriminate themselves.

And what the hell? Why is manager fraternizing with the customers? Just seems unprofessional to me. If they knowingly allow predators as 'customers' they should be held liable for anything bad that happens.

He had spent $30,000 the few days he was there. Every manager loved him.
How would I find a lawyer for something like this?

Well if thats true and managers can be bought to overlook predatory behavior that just shows a lot right there.

The Bar Association is one resource for finding a lawyer in your area if you decide to go that route. http://apps.americanbar.org/legalser...lhelp/home.cfm

You can still go to the hospital and tell the ER nurse what happened and that you'd like evidence taken. I'm horrified at the manager's response and I'm sending you hugs and respect for standing up for yourself.

Do you mind naming the club so that other dancers don't have the same problem in the future?

The other thing you could do is drop an anonymous tip to the press with the name of the club and the name of the customer. Journalists LOVE to put the words "Strip Club" in their headlines.

I can't believe no one has said this yet - please, please, please go talk to a professional counselor. Many of us have been assaulted with no legal justice or recourse. Those things are unfortunate, but SECONDARY. Your primary concern needs to be your mental and physical health. Please, please get yourself tested if it's applicable and talk to a professional counselor.

I'm very sorry to hear your have gone through this. Take care of yourself. Feel free to PM me if you'd like a listening ear. This goes for all. xx

It was Bucks Cabaret in Dallas Tx. The managers seem nice and claim to have your back. Be careful. When I went back to get the things out of my locker, the general manager didn't know anything happened and tried to talk me out of quitting. When he realized I wasn't coming back he got shitty, and said I had to come back when the cash cage girl was there for the $10 locker deposit. Another manager took me to the cash cage & got the money out for me. If you're clean, you are on your own here.

When I started dancing again in TX this was one of the clubs I tried. It was back in early summer 2013, but I did two shifts there & didn't go back. Had the most horrendous gut feeling while there, even tho nothing seemed out of place on the surface. I found out a short time later from another dancer at what became my home club, that they were dirty as hell & had the blessing of mgmt.

Thnx OP for naming the club here. Did you also post in the Reviews section?

I think you're thinking of Bucks in Ft. Worth. Bucks in Dallas opened this year. Same management principals though.
