I'm pretty set on working for an agency at first as opposed to independently, and I'd like to tour (not hard since I'm child-free and single) so my question is would working out of town be too overwhelming/not advisable for a beginner?
It's hard enough finding a reputable agency to work for, I've pretty much given up finding one on BP....so I've applied out of town and received some interest, but now I've gotta worry if the agency would leave me high and dry, or I'd go out there just to make squat and be stranded with no way home.....I've only entertained doing this cuz I've seen so many ads claiming they have tons of work for you immediately and that they'll pay for you transportation and room/board, etc.
I'm from Chicago, and I'd rather work anywhere else, but was aiming for Mid-Atlantic area and all areas north of that...
