    Default Rebounders 20 mins = 1hour of running....

    Suppposedly great for cellulite reduction and improving posture, knee and back health (so those who do floor work listen up).

    Rebounders are awesome! Plus the bouncing helps rejuvenate cells and get rid of cellulite by increasing circulation, its much better for your joints than running :-) Just make sure to get a quality rebounder
