Thumbs up Newbie Booker Looking For Advice

I finally managed to get a job as a booker for an traveling dependent. She already knows that I haven't done this before but she's willing to take a chance. We went over a few things like screening & security. I'm sure other issues will come up in time. I really want to do a good job & make both of us a lot of money.

Any experienced bookers or former bookers out there with any advice?

    Thanks

I believe most of the ladies on here either handle their own bookings or work for agencies. I can't recall seeing anyone on here who is just a booker, so that's probably why you're not getting any replies. You might have better luck on an escort specific forum since I don't believe we have tooooo many active escorts on here anyway.

Otherwise, just follow what you were told about screening and security to a tee, and if you get a bad feeling about someone, don't be shy about bringing it up. You play a big role in your escort's safety, and since you'll be handling the clients, you'll get a better idea of what's worth looking into or who might be worth avoiding, so learn to trust your instincts.

Hey! I've never worked as a booker (only as a booker to myself as an independent) but I did work closely with a booker/escort agency owner. The advice I have is fairly rudimentary so I'm hesitant to post but sometimes it's the simplest things that really make something work.

First, make sure the emails are answered asap. Time is of the essence in having the most success in closing bookings. Answer emails within the hour the hours you are working or at least within the day. Clients will often go elsewhere if they don't hear back shortly. It's also a sign of true professionalism to email back promptly. This is really basic advice but you'd be surprised at how many escorts, and even bookers, take way too long to reply to emails.

And of course, safety is everything. It is way more important than money. This is very basic but make sure you know exactly how she wants clients screened and make sure you screen them thoroughly with no exceptions. The potential profit of a booking can make people blind to potential dangers. Don't let any client squeeze through without screening, he might be fine but if he's not the consequences can be huge. And also have a plan for if she does run into trouble, what is the exact protocol she wants you to follow? Hash it out with her and know it by heart. It's not a huge concern with proper screening, but it's important to know just in case. There are lots of really good clients out there, no need to settle for anything less.

And lastly, truth in advertising. I'm sure that this is more of a problem with agency bookers than indie bookers but I've known bookers to stretch the truth to get girls bookings to the detriment of both client and escort. Clients will write bad reviews if they feel they have been deceived and that can cost the escort dearly. Playng up her real assets, both physically and personality-wise, will help you to find her suitable regulars. It's good regulars that will make you both a lot of money

^ Her advertising should be what's bringing in clients. Your job should be about getting the client to prove he's good enough for the escort you work for (rather than the other way around) but also making that process as painless and pleasant as can be. Be polite, cordial and professional. Use professional and respectful language always and just be a pleasure to deal with. It will give clients just one more reason to come back.

And don't waste your time dealing with anyone that isn't a good client. Just send the message to spam!
