Can anyone provide info on which Los Angeles clubs have a policy of working at least 3 shifts per week? And which ones do not?
I'm trying to find a club that will allow me to work whenever I want without having I commit to X number of shifts.

You could find that info pretty easily if you just call and ask each club if they require schedules for the dancers.

Club 7557 in Van Nuys- I have gone over a year without working there. I showed up with no call in advance and they let me work like I never left at all. You make your own schedule, once you are hired.
Thank you Dorien! Can you tell me a little more about this club? Your thoughts regarding mileage, staff, managers, tip outs and money? It's very much appreciated.

Right now, they are in the midst of a 'freeze'. That's what I call it , anyway. They've temporarily lost their liquor license . They'll get it back in a month or so. But they are still open.
The thing that kept me there was the management; also the staff and djs are very awesome. I got along with all them and for some reason the had a good opinion of me.
If you are a thicker girl, you will do well there. A thick girl with a big booty, nice smile, good skin and a fantastic hustle: you can do very well. I had all of those things except for the THICKNESS. I'm considered extremely tiny in there. At first it was a good thing; but now not so much. Therefore, I am no longer there. But I will visit every now and then because people there are cool.
Tip out: Before 1PM -10 to dj, 10 to security. After 1PM- another 10 to house. After 7PM- another 10 to the night dj. That's it. Dances are $10 a song, no vip, champagne room (no champagne:-( Keep all your dance money: stage/lap/whatever. They have food and a great cook from 12-7. I heard night time cook is ok. Never eaten on night shift.
Hope this helps! Good luck!

^^^^ I can attest to ALL of the above.
Which clubs are best for big booty babes?

Thanks Dorien! I'm considering moving back to CA. And I'm very scared and nervous because I have not lived there in a while. And I'm not young and fearless like I used to be. I'm very scared about starting over. But you have been very generous to provide us with this information. I plan on checking out this club in the future. Thanks again.

Do you speak Spanish as first language or as a second language but are aware of different dialects? That would work in your favor. If you don't speak Spanish and you're white, I don't recommend that place at your size. You're tinnier than me: 5'2", 107 these days. Are you young? Like 24 or younger? Try the clubs in West LA. Plan B and or/4-play & Silver Reign. (Plan B, serves alcohol but I think the oldest they will let in the door is 30, if you look really young.) Also, if you're heavily tatted, I've heard Plan B and 4-Play are not down with that.
Are you Asian? You can get away with working at Club 7557 being tiny and Asian. Just not tiny and white. They like Asian girls of all sizes there. There are two Thai girls who work there who have become thicker over the years and do better now than they use too. And they are ALWAYS busy.
If you try Hollywood clubs, they are schedule Nazis. I'm in a Hollywood club that is scheduled, like very tightly. As in the same days, hours every week. But this works for me right now.
Thanks for all that info Dorien.

i work SRDTLA right now and i'm not on a schedule though i usually end up working 3 days a week.... i think i somehow flew under the radar though because everyone else is on a 3shifts/week schedule unless they're in school or something.

i do like it! lol however i'm biased because i just came here from the midwest and i haven't really checked out other clubs in the area (usually when i find one i stick there for a long time), so not sure how it stacks up money-wise comparatively in the area, but it's been working for me!

Have you been back to 7557 Dorien? Is it safe in Van Nuys where the club is at?
