    Default Obsessive Customers

    How do you deal with the crazy guys?

    I had a guy pay for a custom clip and an item. I sent him the item immediately (no return address, because I'm not an idiot) and told him it would be a while to make the clip as it was something extremely complicated for me.
    Since then, he's been emailing me constantly and has started stalking me on social media and on cam. He accused me of scamming him and all sorts of other ridiculous shit. I literally cannot get on cam without him sending me tons of emails.
    Then he asked for a refund but said he only wanted a refund through Paypal or Western Union, which is obviously not happening.
    How would you deal in this situation?
    I've had a fair amount of guys become obsessive over me in the past and usually they're just blocked, but I'm not sure how to handle this one. I no longer want to make the clip for him as he's fucking creeping me out at this point.

    Has he waited longer than 14 days for the clip he ordered? Did you give him a time frame? 2 weeks, 1 month, etc. Personally, I'd just block him and forget he existed if he started pestering you immediately after.

    What payment method did he use?

    I'd refund him with that same method if possible then block him everywhere.

    I would go to a post office far away from home, get a money order at a convince store, and mail him is money back with no return address ASAP. He sounds like a fruit cake with a high likely hood to turn dangerous. Block him on everything and eventually he will disappear and stop babbling. Once you've honored the refund, he can go take a flying leap into outer space.

    I offered to pay him back via GiftRocket, but he said he didn't know how to receive the money, only send it. He's also asking for more of a refund than he should be getting, because the item was the vast majority of what he paid for. He seems to think it's half and half.
    I think I'm just going to refund it via GiftRocket and if he's too dumb to figure that out, that's his damn problem.

    He's emailed me three more times since I wrote this, lol.

    You have his address, like MissMoore suggested pay him via post office money order, get a tracking number and be done with it. Only refund him for the price of the video since you state that you sent him the item already. Take photos and keep the tracking number from the money order. I don't suggest sending him giftfrocket if he doesn't know how to use it, that may be your preference for payment but cash is king.

    Oh what the good fuqqqq. I'm sorry you're going through this. I would e-mail him and tell him the plan of procedure. Block him immediately after than. Execute your plan of procedure with him and like you said, after you did that, it's his damn problem now. He's trying to dominate or intimidate you. Let him babble and do whatever he wants as long as he isn't a direct threat to you. I don't know if you have his real name and address but if you could get that just to have it on file, it would be a good idea. Most guys don't want to be sitting in court like a reject because they had a little temper tantrum like a little boy.

    BLOCK HIS ASS. Hell, even if he was your best spender, I don't care. There are other important things besides money...like peace of mind, your happiness, your sanity, and your safety. And there are plenty of other guys out there who will spend on you without getting all obsessive and creepy. Fuck him...

    So as an update, I'm going to send him a money order for the price of the clip. He emailed me multiple times both on Streamate and Gmail accusing me of ripping him off and asked for a full refund rather than just the money for the clip.
    He offered to send back the item, lol. So he escalated. He's also blocked now.
    I've since realized that several other camgirls have had issues with this guy. He kept talking about how other camgirls had ripped him off, and I'm assuming that's because they refused to refund an item that was already received.

    What a loser. Um EWWWWW. Once it's SENT, it's SENT. Always ladies (I cannot stress this enough) always send items with a tracking number. I'll never forget a guy who cried wolf publicly about me on a close knit seller's forum about how I ripped him off and never sent the item he paid for. What he didn't know is that I have (and always will) pay extra for a tracking number with every item I send out. Once I posted that tracking number (my funds were frozen,too!) he shut his trap. He had to sign for the package too and it definitely said that the item was received. Fuck that asshole. It's extremely fair that you're giving him a partial refund as he did get his item. I think in the future you should let guys know how long your video will take so there's no confusion. Good luck, bb!

    I usually do, but that was absolutely my fault this time for not giving him an exact estimate.



    He straight up admitted he got the item... And then asked for a full refund. After awhile he said he would then pay me back the cost of the item after I gave him the refund. Because he's a "profound gentleman" unlike "trashy" me. Wtf?

    Fuck that dude. Just Fuck Fuck Fuck Fuck him and all his grimy lying full of shit brethren. I'm having a similar situation with an Skype show for an item bought off my wishlist. I offer a 15 minute show with select items ( items over $200 or things I really want fast) A guy bought something, I got it, he got his show MONTHS ago. He Skyped me today asking about the other half of his 30 minutes. WTF. Did you have a stroke in the last few months? These guys are jerks and just still and think of ways to annoy/ Scam us. Fuck that dude. Send him his partial if you feel like it, then block them off the face of the planet. I'd love if you could share his name. I offer custom videos and would probably go to jail for threatening the his life if he stalked me like that.

    He's clearly being shady and won't be satisfied with the reasonable partial refund for the clip. And he pulls this shit on other girls? Nope. This is a guy who has learned how to harass and antagonize camgirls to get his way (freebies).

    To be honest at this point I'd keep his money as an asshole tax if you're able to get him blocked everywhere so he can't harass you anymore. Not sure where you cam but if it's SM you can contact support with his info and they should block him from making accounts.
