I'm hoping to get a ba (finally) in about six months. I'm still researching physicians but also, brands of implants. One of my favored plastic surgeons doesn't use anything other than Allergan. One plastic surgeon suggested I get anatomicals. Another said that he doesn't do them because of a slight chance of rotation. Another uses only mentor. Some foreign surgeons use eurosilicone (?). However, the more I read the better I feel about Sientra bc of lower contracture rate but do they ripple more, etc? Any input abou the longevity and the quality of these implant brands would be greatly appreciated. I'm not flat as a board but am slightly ptotic, but not enough to warrant a lift, just probably dual plane insertion.
