    Default Manager got mad

Because I kept a customer waiting for an hour because I was busy with another customer. The one that was waiting comes every week and knows the manager but only gets a couple of dances so hes not that profitable anyway. Plus he came after I went with the other customer. So it's none of his business and I wanted to say that but didn't because he is the manager and it's not the first time he's come to me annoyed that I kept that guy waiting. Should I say something?

So … mgr's buddy came in AFTER you were already occupied by another customer who, if he kept you busy for an hr or more was presumably more profitable for both you & the club, & you were supposed to drop everything for him?

This is an ADULT business. Let the customer act like an adult & either have sm patience if he likes you That Much, or find himself another dancer.

^Seriously. How were you even supposed to know the guy came in if you were already in the back with another customer? I wouldn't bring it up, but if the manager for some reason does again, just apologize for not knowing the customer was there and waiting for you. The manager probably only said something because it's his buddy and he felt obligated to at least pass the message on. I'd be surprised if he brings it up again without the customer spurring him with a complaint.

Thanks for your replies. Yeah, he more than likely complained to the manager. I have his email and I will inform him that if he gets there and I am busy to wait or find another girl because I will definitely not drop everything for him. Should I explain that to the manager in case he tries to complain again?

Nah. Don't bring it up on your own. No sense in drawing attention to something your manager got annoyed about and that may not ever be an issue again if the customer gets the message.

I sent the customer an email. I politely told him i feel bad about making him wait and to either wait or go with someone else. He replied "you know I only come for you and since you're telling me to find another girl I won't come to the club ever again" Wow custies can be real babies.

He wrote back again and said I must not like him since I told him that and he said he doesn't mind waiting. Maybe it is the manager who is the only one getting annoyed? I'm thinking I will bring it up to the manager but not sure. I really can't stand confrontation.

The only one spoiling for a 'confrontation' here is you, OP -- by obsessing over mindset(s) you can't control & allowing yourself to feel obligated to kiss ass. Let this sleeping dog lie & see if it all doesn't just fizzle out.

The customer basically saying Fk You Too, B & then emailing you again the very nxt day … he is trying to play you by making you feel guilty via passive-aggressive bs. What are you afraid of if you don't give him the satisfaction? Seriously, what are you worried abt?

Mgr -- has he brought it up since the initial notification? If not, then I ask again, why are you so worried? His entire business doesn't revolve around you it's a SC, ffs. Give it a day or two & he will forget all abt you when the nxt Drama Llama starts screaming for attention.

This dude sounds like an entitled man baby with no social skills. He is the type of customer that no matter what you do, nothing will ever be enough for him. He will always complain about something and play that game where you have to "prove" that you like him. I can bet my left nut that if you decide to continue to entertain him, he will do something like require more time and dances with you and when you ask him to pay up, he will say something like "I thought we were closer...I thought I was more than a customer to you?.. This hurts...blah, blah, blah..." And what's even worst about these type of customers, is that they are CHEAP!

Basically, the sooner you get rid of this guy, the better. As long as you keep dealing with him, he will always be a problem. As long as you're not being fired, I wouldn't worry about the manager. If anything, tell the manGER you're just not comfortable with him anymore. Eventually, this petty and needy man baby will move on to his next victim.

I've had my fair share of dudes like this and let me tell ya, it is not worth it. No price is worth your peace of mind. Guys like him will always bring negativity to your day and petty things like that keep building and building.

If the guy is creating a problem for you, start giving him cold fish dances but always be polite to him since he is the managers friend. Eventually, he'll pick a new girl to give him dances.

That is one high maintenance customer! I would probably discuss this with the manager, ask him who his friend liked getting dances with before he picked you and why he doesn't see that girl any more.

I'm assuming this customer has been coming to the club for a long time. Chances are he isn't going to stop showing up just because he had to wait for you to finish dancing for another customer. Be careful with this one, it sounds like this customer can't tell the difference between a real relationship and buying dances from a stripper. This could get dangerous if you are messing with his head to get more money off him.
