    Default No customers?

What do u do when there are no customers in the club? I had only made $120 by 11 pm, so I just left tonight because there were literally NO customers in the club... Friday nights are usually busy, but tonight there was one table... ONE... so I just left... like what the fuck... my goal is always $1000 on weekend nights, but how am I supposed to make that when there are NO customers?

Can't make money when there's no money in the club. Sometimes I wait it out, sometimes I give up. It's always better to wait it out if you can, I think. You never know who's going to walk through the door.

If it happens consistently at your club, think about changing clubs.

Not much you can do. Like Miss Red said, either leave or wait it out depending on how you're feeling.

Personally, if I've already been there 5+ hours and the club is soaked in negative vibes, I will just go home. If I've been making a little bit of money, even just $50 take-home, and the energy isn't all gloom and doom, I'm more likely to be less in the 'death spiral' and will stay a bit longer.

If it keeps happening, find a second club. This one may be in a funk of some kind, or it may be on a downslide, but you'd best have other options.

I'm assuming your club is open until 2-3am? If so, customers are often spendiest near the end. At midnight, since there are still a couple of hours left of the night, many are still just settling in trying to get a good buzz going before dropping cash on dancers. Sometimes it's worth sticking it out until the bitter end because otherwise you miss out on the golden hour when everyone realizes the club is closing soon and wants dances. Like, think about that $1000 you make every weekend night and think about what part of the night you make it in. If it's in the beginning of the shift, then maybe you club is just different and you made the right call leaving at 11; but if you often make it closer to the end of your shift, maybe consider coming in for your shift later (perhaps paying a higher house fee, that's pretty common) so that you'll be more motivated to stay when the money is flowing most easily.

Always stick it out! What I do on slow days is positive reinforce myself and remind myself I'm still touching more money then people with salaries. that 120 you made by 11, was roughly 30$ an hour (assuming u started at 7). The average joe in an non-degree having profession makes less than a quarter than that and still gets by. The best thing to do is just save for slow periods so u dont fall behind on bills and stick it out cuz there will always be that one customer who makes your day

I have never left the club just because it was dead. There have been so many nights where my club is empty untill 1 am, and that last hour is worth waiting around for!

This has happened in my club a lot lately, especially Fridays which have been dead compared to last year. But I always stick it out and stay positive and it works. This Friday some girls didn't even make house and I went home with several hundred pounds, not much less than I would on a good Friday. The reason being many of the girls just sat around or in the dressing room complaining and left early. There were people (not many) but the other girls were so dejected they made no effort to even speak to them. Me and my friend made our house fees and a profit off just the 1st group because we were the only two that made any effort to speak to them. On the plus side (for me at least) if I've had a good night, the next night and weekend I expect to have another good one, so I susally do, whereas for the others its the other way round, and then its a self fulfilling prophecy.

In short stick it out and stay positive and ignore negative vibes from other girls.

My club has the same problem. I'm "shopping around" clubs today. I will still have the club I'm now as my "home" club because it's accelerating my weight loss (since is usually dead, I get on stage to do additional polework as exercise), but the money is not there 'cause it's usually dead.

Agree with sticking it out. If you're mentally able to, of course. A lot of other girls will want to leave as well, I find, which leaves you to bank on the customers who come in following your coworkers departures

It depends. There have been times I stayed till close (after not making money for hours and was about to give up) but some guys do come in the last two hours ready to spend.

Other times i stayed and highly regretted it cause the last couple hours no new prospects came in and the ones that did weren't spending any money. I was pissed wasting my last couple hours with no extra money and saw it as a complete waste of time when I could have been at home with my family.

It depends on your mood and what else you've got going on. Will you loose your sh*t if you stay extra two hours and don't make anything? Like do you have important priorities the next day? If so then leave if no more money is being spent. Or do you owe money like club fees and bills? Then you owe it to yourself to Stay for those potential last minute spenders.

You can't make people appear. If you have it in you to hustle if guys do come in, tough it out. Otherwise, go home instead of being free eye candy for the furniture.

A lot of times, if I'm not too impatient, I stay until close. There have been many times where I've made the majority of my money during the last hour the club stays open.

However, I do admit that I also get a "fuck this" attitude and leave at one if I'm pissed off enough. lol It just depends on how the overall shift at the club was. If it was dead and like pulling teeth just to get a dance, I will likely bounce. If I've had enough of the customers' bullshit, I will bounce for the sake of my sanity. If it was dead but I was still making money off the guys that were there, I stay until close.

When I start a shift, I always say to myself that I will work until close, because of the fact that there ARE last minute customers who want to spend money. If they don't show up, there's not much you can do about it besides chalk it up as a bad night, unfortunately.
