Hey!
Does anyone have any tips on how to get back into the swing of things after a break? I needed a break for a number of reasons, one of them being a breakup because of my job which totally wrecked my confidence for my job and I started losing my temper at men and having breakdowns at work and it just wasn't good.
So yeah, now I feel pretty anxious about going back in because it's been a month and I've kind of forgotten things. I've also had a bit of drama with a girl at the club+my uncle came into the club and saw me and told his siblings (family don't know I do this) so I'm thinking about coming back from the break to go to a new club to also help with the anxiety.
But yeah any tips would be appreciated, I'm gonna stalk out the hustle hut thread, tone my body a little and practise pole tricks bc I've just installed one in my house![]()
