Camgirl = someone who gets naked for money on the internet
$20 per hour
$30 per hour
$40 per hour
$50 per hour
$60 per hour
$70 per hour
$80 per hour
$90 per hour
$100 per hour
$100+ per hour
I'd just like to point out that averaging out a camgirl's pay per hour is not really a realistic way of looking at commission income.
It would be like asking someone who sells houses how much they make per hour.![]()
This forum was originally for strippers but it has grown into some what of an adult industry forum for those who work or want to work in the industry. So this forum isn't only about or for exotic dancers. There's a stripper section, camming section(which is we you're now) and other work section. Pretty much all of the fields/jobs in the adult industry are talked about on here.... stripping, camming, phonesex, escorting, traditional porn, producing and selling point of view content, making and running a website, domination/femdom and affiliate marketing.

I average 150-200 an hour. I'm hoping once I upgrade to a top of the line laptop my hourly will consistently go to 200 and continue to go higher.
I'd totally agree with this assessment. It doesn't include models who spend time making clips for sale, setting up a website, etc etc. And also, One day I could make $50 per hour and then the next three make $120 an hour. OR spend half the year struggling and the other half having money rain on my head. I think a better question is how much do you make per week, or per month.

I agree a lot with the above statement. My main focus now is an overall monthly "salary" if you will. In the past when I've had crazy, amazing, the cam gods gave me a typhoon of whales for that week I could get very lazy and be like "eh, I already have so much coming, I only need to work two days this week." WRONG! Now that I focus on a overall earning for the entire month, I log on much more and treat this like a serious job.
Of course it's crucial we all look at hourly wages and inventory other aspects of how we are doing and what you can improve on/ do better. So ultimately if your really concerned with the $$$ like Kitcatt said it really boils down to weekly or monthly earnings.

I voted $80 but when I checked on SM it's actually $96 at the moment. I've come back after having to have some time off due to internet problems so my earnings are less than they used to be (my placement has tanked). I'm hoping to go back over the 100 average next week.
I only started camming near the end of September and it hit me hard how unpredictable payment can be on MFC. I could sit 2 hours with nothing then on hour 3 I could make about 30 - 40 quid. The next day could be totally different! Most I've made in one night was £330 because a guy came in and dropped nine 1000 tokens and I had already made some money before he came in. You can't take for granted nights like that though - the next night I never made anything because I gave up after two hours of nothing, but I probably could have stayed on an extra hour or two and made something! If I was to come up with an average I'd say anything between $10 - $20 in an hour? But that doesn't mean you'd make the same, you could make more or less.
anything from $0 to $150. yay!
@Issabelle- I guess I could see your point
I usually average around $130/hr on Streamate, but that's not taking into account the time I spend sending out videos, messaging people, MAKING the damn videos and uploading them.
It also doesn't add in skype shows, which make up about 20% of my monthly income. And honestly I wouldn't even know where to START trying to figure out how much I make per hour on skype.
JAC's comparison to realtors is pretty much spot on in my experience.
I would also like to point out that earnings/hr doesn't really matter past a certain point - Audri is ranked quite a bit higher than me on SM because that girl puts in the hours while my lazy ass watches Netflix.![]()
What matters at the end of the day is the number on your paycheck!
Ummm just camming or Video Sales or Snapchat Sales or Etc Etc Etc. Do I divide a Monthly payout into the number of hours I actually put in during that month??
There's 100's of girls on here and we ALL charge different rates for minute and work a different number of hours. You can not compare one to another.
Too hard to answer, way too many variables. The answer is - You get out what YOU put in.

When I'm not being lazy and actually go on I average about $30/h.
Well sometimes I make 0 & sometimes 40 but I guess if you average it out it's probably around 10-12$, though the last couple weeks it's been closer to 15$.

Enough to live happily (ever after).![]()

I think it's best to ask what do u make per yr since the hourly changes so drastically from week to week
Oh, I wasn't trying to say that hours online is more important than hourly averages. But the TOTAL amount you make is important. I most likely make a lot less than she does on SM because I work on other sites and I just don't work that many hours in general. I may average more per hour, but she's making more overall. And from what I've seen, that's a huge factor in placement.
^^^For real!!! You're my inspiration bb![]()
When I began camming 7 years ago, I kept a spiral notebook to log earnings & days/times I worked, trying to find my perfect hours for staying busy. It helped a lot.
Since then I've made a full-on spreadsheet which tracks & lists all kinds of data. I calculate my hourly rate and use it as a marker of personally how I'm doing. Simply use a formula to calculate amount of time worked/earnings into an hourly rate. While I know it's not valid when comparing anyone else's success, it gives me quantifiable numbers for improving my efforts. As Jenny said, time on cam/earnings definitely correlates to my placement on Streamate.

Answering this is so hard. Sometimes I can make $500 in two hours, sometimes I can't even pull $40. You really can't get any type of reliable outcome from this because honestly the pay is never the same.
I make 900-1500 an hour!!!!
..........in tokens.
I have been camming for two years. My first week on cam I averaged $22 an hour. My first six months I made $30 an hour and worked 35 hours a week. After six months I made 60 an hour. On weekends working about 4 to 5 hours a day I average anywhere from $90 to $130 an hour. Weekdays 65. On very bad nights when the site is having issues with no traffic I make about $45 an hour. I generally work anywhere from 20 to 25 hours a week and my pay varies from traffic amounts to luck of big spenders to my general attitude. My biggest tips have been $575, $800, $975 and $1500. Definitely money to be made. Hope that helps!
