




Interesting. I knew taking too much of the vitamins or self diagnosing with vitamins could be detrimental. I also think the article is saying IF you eat a balanced diet then you shouldn't need supplements and also that perhaps getting your nutrients through healthy foods is more efficient (better absorbed by the body) than lab created supplements.
The article fails to mention though that cooking fruits and vegetables causes them to loose some of their nutrients so its better to cook them for a short period of time or eat them raw/juice them.
