Default Surgeon recommendation in Bay Area/California for Breast Augmentation?

I decided that I'll get my boob job this year (or at least as soon as possible) instead of later next year because I don't want to be recovering while in school. Looking forward to it. *crosses fingers*

My starting size is a small B, hoping to jump to D. Thinking about under muscle gummy bears, but of course will talk to doc about it.

In the Bay area, I am thinking of (from my limited research so far): Dr James Romano, Dr Seung Kim, Dr Stephen Ronan, Dr Leonard Gray

Feel free to recommend surgeons in other areas, like the rest of California or even Nevada.
SoCal docs I am thinking of: Dr Kim, Dr Stuart Linder, Dr Teitelbaum

This is confusing for me.. I just want the best for myself. Anyone have recommendations? Is it worth travelling to places like Beverly Hills (where there seems to be more reviews for the doctors) for surgery?

I've been looking around for a boob job doctor as well in both the SF and LA areas and met and/or have been in contact with some of the ones you mention. I would not do an augmentation with Dr. Grey. I met with him regarding a fat transfer to the boobs. He was very friendly but I felt, pushy, in a sales person type of way. At the end, when I was meeting with his assistant to go over some paperwork, I asked for pictures and I was told that there were none to show me with what to me seemed like a bogus reason-the patients didn't consent to them or whatever. And my heart just dropped down to my stomach. Supposedly, he has a good enough reputation to be around but at the same, he supposedly gives patients a few sizes too big than what they request. I work with a girl who had an augmentation with him. She came out alive but with what looks like two volleyballs stuck to her chest. If that's what you want, then maybe he is the doctor for you. Romano, with whom I met, seems reputable. His photos show natural looking enhancements, etc. I'm still trying to decide, and after all my research, might decide to get it done outside of the US just because I do not have anyone to help me here after surgery and the cost of aftercare help for after care is substantially cheaper in case I need it longer than just one or two days. Also, Dr. Scott Green in Sacramento-though he doesn't subscribe to the shameless self-promotion many of the drs do, I think his boob jobs look spectacular on his gallery page and from the few girls I met through work in SF that had them done with him.

Thanks for the tips! I just read some reviews on Dr Grey and was put off by how he got defensive over anything that went wrong. To be honest I don't like his results, maybe it's just the photos but idk.

So far I like Romano's results, and Dr David Kim's down at Beverly Hill but he's probably super packed and I heard he gets impatient with questions.

I am glad you gave me a Sacramento dr's name because I am actually living in Sacramento atm. I just looked up his pics and I agree, they're really good. I'll be giving him a call. I hope he clicks with me. If not, I'll call Romano...

btw I am still open to other dr's names...
