I submitted my agreement and ID, but then when I went on to fill in my profile, the birth date had the day and month the wrong way round, and there was no way to change it. So I thought I must have made a mistake when filling in the agreement. I contacted support and they made it so I could resubmit my agreement, and this time I made sure my birth date was correct, but then still had the same issue when filling in my profile. I contacted them again and got a response saying "you need to log in to your account and resubmit", but when I do, my agreement shows up as submitted, and there's no way to resubmit. I contacted support again and just got a generic response saying "thank you for checking in on your account status" etc.
Has anyone else had this problem? I definitely filled in the date correctly the second time!
