What's a good app for those totally new to working out to help keep motivated? Preferably free and google play store accessible

This isnt an app but the website is designed to show up perfectly on your mobile phone and if your goal is to stay motivated this site is amazing and FREE!

    http://www.bodyrock.tv/get-started/

I have been following them since the beginning and the trainer Lisa is my favorite! she is super motivating and keeps me excited to do the workouts. The best part is the the workouts are 10 to 12 mins, you dont need any equipment and you are suppose to do them at home! Everyone who lands on this site thinks its bullshit at first but I promise you if you do these workouts you get toned or buff (depending how hard you work them and if you add weights to them)

The link I posted above takes you straight to their "get started" page and from there you choose the program you think is best for you and you get daily emails with your workout! I hope you enjoy it!
