    Question IUD and sex work

Hey! I was interested in hearing your experiences with either the mirena or sklya and how it worked for you? I'm going to jump back into escorting and I've been thinking of switching from the pill since I would love to try a method that is effective and also fits my lifestyle.

You should be using condoms 100% of the time. Not using condoms is disgusting and dangerous for both you and your clients. Your method of additional birth control is irrelevant.

^I don't think she was thinking about using it as her sole method of protection (at least I hope not!), just as a backup for condoms (which is extremely sensible as they do break sometimes). I think she was asking more about how they affect your periods, whether the guy can feel it sticking out etc.

I had one and it turned my periods from 5 day, light, relatively low-pain periods to 10 day, so heavy I think I might die, so painful I think I might die extravaganzas. But some women say it did the exact opposite or even got rid of their periods altogether. That is really just down to your body and your personal experience and the only way to find out is to try.

My current guy is pretty big (8.5 inches or so) and when I had it, he could feel the metal strings poking into the tip of his cock when he went deep. When we fucked for the first time after I had it taken out he was like "oh my god that's so much better!". So while most of your clients will be average sized, the bigger boys may be in pain when they fuck you which obviously isn't ideal.

If I was in your situation and not having any problems with the pill other than the annoyance of having to take it every day, I probably wouldn't switch just in case it makes your periods much longer and worse (I literally couldn't work for four months of the year because of them) and the risk of hurting your bigger customers which may stop them from coming back, giving good reviews etc.

But it's your choice! You can always try it, worst comes to worst you take it out after a few months, no big deal.

I had no problems with the mirena for the past 10 years until this year when I had some complications with a nasty bacterial film coating it which was resisting all but specialist antibiotics. At one point I thought it had punctured me the pain was that acute as well as chronic.

That is all behind me now and now am detoxing the chemicals, silicone etc from my body.
