Travel Staying in Los Angeles vs moving?

Hi! To anyone who has seen my other posts, I'm sorry - it must feel like I'm bombarding stripperweb with questions lol. I'm currently at a club in Los Angeles and although it's a really nice club (good management, friendly, no scheduling) the earning potential is a bit too uneven for me - there's a lot of 0 days (and I mean 0 days like more than half the girls at the club have made 0 dollars) paired with not even great days (150-300 MAX). There are some girls who are top earners, with 30-40 dances a night, but there's only about 2 or 3 of those girls! The competition is high in the club because sometimes it's so slow that a customer will get snatched up as soon as he walks through the door. And when it's busy I kind of get a deer in headlights mentality - though that's a whole different issue I'm working through!

Anyways, I'm looking for other options. I'm only 20 so I can't work in over 21! I do have a fake but I'm not sure how good it is... I was going to try 4play in West LA, or was thinking about Orange County (Ecstasy theatre, maybe library if my fake works out...). However I am willing to relocate - I posted about Palomino in Las Vegas, and was also wondering about NYC because I love the city and would love to move there, but I saw the recent post about it slowing down. I'm not looking for crazy money - maybe around 3000-4000 a month working 4 days or so a week! Any information would be helpful! I did a lot of searches through club chat but couldn't find anything too concrete on LA/OC, or NYC (any recent info anyways). Thanks in advance!

Oh also this is me - I'm Korean, petite, 5'4", and have 4 tattoos that aren't too big.

$4000 a month is only $250 every shift working 4 days a week, which should definitely be doable in my opinion or the club isn't worth it. I mean yes there will be bad nights where you make less (I have made less than 250 at my main club when it's been really dead) but then other nights you completely make up for it, so you end up making your goal at the end of the week or month. I recently posted about OC in another thread in Club Chat and I thought I was detailed enough. I worked at Ecstasy every week for a year like 2 years ago. That club was pretty slow compared to others but the customers that came in had money so I got very spoiled there (thought $500 was bad, $800 was average, and $1k and up was just 'good'). The owner was sued so all the dancers are employees there and you get a paycheck which I thought was a nice little bonus and I didn't feel annoyed when I was sitting in an empty club waiting for customers to come in. Also only like 12 girls max work at a time. I tried other clubs in OC and I didn't like any of them except I heard good things about the Library but I wasn't 21 at the time. Personally, I am from socal and just moved to Dallas and the money is WAYY better. If you have no reason to stay in LA and already feel like trying out a new city then I would say move!

Which club are you at now? 4play is non alcoholic so under 21 should work, right?

How is Dallas for a strip trip? I'm from Australia and worked in OC a couple of nights but wasn't a fan of the low earning potential (although admittedly I'm comparing it too much to the clubs in Aus). Im keen to work, just feel like I don't know much about the club scene here in the States.

California in general is just terrible for strippers in my opinion. Very cheap customers. As for Dallas I took 3 strip trips here before I ended up moving so I think it's good.

22lligm - I saw that post actually! I remember you said it was getting really slow back then so I assume it's very slow now... It's a drive for me so I don't want to drive all the way and come home with nothing :/ And if you're employees I'm guessing there's a schedule?
My problem is that I don't like regulars or VIP rooms... Well they're not my favorite. I'd rather get 10 customers and get 3 dances from each. So if it's so slow I'm not sure I'd want to go that route.
Where do you work at Dallas? Are the under 21 clubs any good?

SexyStella - I'm at Silver Reign. I'm thinking about 4play but I've heard it's hard to get hired! Though 2 girls from my club have told me to go there.

Yeah I havent been there in 2 years so I guess I wouldn't know but I know girls who still work there so it must still be profitable. That club is way different than most clubs theres only one option for dances and they're fully nude 60$ but the club takes half. They do add up fast though and it is good to have regulars there since they'll come in and get a for sure set number of dances from you. I'm not a regulars girl either but I had them at that club. And yes theres a schedule I only worked Fri & Sat cause I was in school though but they want you to work 3 I think. I used to drive up every weekend from SD so it took me like an hour and a half (I drove up and back each night!) so it was definitely worth it at the time lol. Not sure now though.
I work at a few clubs in Dallas but they're all over 21 I think. Texas is different though I think girls under 21 can work as long as the wear a wrist band? I'm not 100% sure though I havent been out here very long and I havent tried most of the clubs yet.

Only one option for dances? What do you mean? At my club it's 40 a song, regardless of VIP blah blah and they take half so I'm guessing it's like that?

I'm working at Ecstasy Theatre right now. It's a very hit or miss club as well. There are a few top earners who are making a good $600+ a night while many others aren't able to sell any dances. For example, last week I sold 34 dances while another dancer only sold 2. It is competitive, where there aren't many customers. You must be o.k. with dancers hustling on your stage because this is common at this club. If you're good at selling dances, you should do very well over here. It is a slow club but very rich men come here with a mix of non-spenders/campers.

It has been a long time since I danced in LA, but I know a girl who is working at Sam's Hafbrau and making $300-400 a shift.

I know a couple of girls working in Dallas that are doing well ($500+ a night). I think Dallas would be a good place to go if moving is an option.

How is Portland? I've been looking through the clubs mentioned on stripperweb and there's a ton of info - I love it.
