If you need to you can just work some dayshifts when it's less busy to build up your confidence in the club and on stage. One thing that I notice is I have a way better stage set when I'm not thinking too much. So try not to have "a million thoughts" in your head and just focus on the music.
Also, don't worry about other dancers judging you when you're new or not knowing anyone in the club. I work at a few clubs and don't really know anyone at any of them except for staff since they're the ones that can affect my money. People will judge you constantly whether you are new or not so you have to just learn to ignore them. Focus on the money 100% and ignore everything else. That can also help you balance dancing with normal life. Make sure the only thing you're taking home from each shift is the money. I mean this is just a job like any other so if you treat it that way it shouldn't affect other parts of your life.
Read up on here a lot, work a lot, ignore everything but the money and your comeback should be a lot better.
