There should be threads on this in Body Business, but proper nutrition, hydration, and vitamin suppliments should help out. Bring in granola, fruit, or protein bars for quick pick me ups through your shift.

I've been seeking supplements that help with tiredness, in general. Though, I'm one of those people who doesn't have much menstrual symptoms, besides heavy flow. So my ideas may or may not help you, since my experience with tiredness doesn't come from menstruating.

Possibly Carnitine, except that it slows down the thyroid gland, and long term use can damage the thyroid. CoQ10 kind of helps but I'm not sure.

Neuro Sonic is an excellent energy drink, if you happen to drink caffiene in other forms, even though you said you don't drink coffee. One of the good ingredients in it is also L-Theanine, which clears up some brain fog, and is calming. Another good ingredient in it, is Phosphatidylserine, which lowers cortisol levels. Cortisol is the body's reaction to stress. For me, I think excess cortisol is sometimes exhausting.

I don't know if any of these ideas work for you, but I felt like writing! And definitely, like BambiCutie said, drink water and keep hydrated.

Oh and, taking vitamin D helps some people with energy levels. And taking a multivitamin, and get enough B-vitamins. And drinking gatorade, if you need electrolytes - or eating some fruit for potassium. Eating some seaweed -for the iodione- can sometimes boost energy a little. Iodine is another nutrient for the thyroid (though it's bad for it if you take too much Iodine), along with Selenium (which does nothing for my energy levels, but might for someone else), Vitamin D, and zinc - those are all good nutrients for the thyroid.

I suffer from some pretty bad PCOS and haven't been doing a world of good in avoiding sugar most recently so these have came to my rescue. Yogi tea/Cranberry spice and dandelion detox (helps wonders with cramps) Avoiding most dairy including cheese, taking sips of coconut oil, Cayenne pepper and pure Inositol which helps with headaches and depression, mood-swings and fatigue. (I open the capsules up and take the contents instead for better absorption) Chanca Piedra, Probiotic Acidophilus (helps digestion and speed up period) The two best things I have ever used was either a hot water bottle, rice sock or heating pad against my bladder and butt. It would be so painful it felt like someone beat the shit out of my ass till I couldn't feel it, so I understand the pain with cramps.. My last resort was purchasing Skullcap which has its pros and cons, it helps relax the muscles and can relieve some of the cold aches, but if you make it into a tea and drink too much can promote stomach issues.
