green tea shot ^__^ lol
i usually drink tropical red bull. i keep asking guys to buy me that and they do *win*
also i know you don't like to have hangovers but coke and captain is pretty good if you have a couple.

Honestly, green tea's your best bet or yerba matte...to me none of energy drinks do much beyond reg, sodas or coffee
I take a Japenese green tea shot, it come in a small tiny can, it's more concentrated..it's actually good for you too., as opposed to energy drinks

I have yet to master a hang-over so I just avoid drinking all together. When I do get the craving for a beer all I have to remember is the time I drank 6 cans of Bud Margarita to say no thanks..that was before having to get on a motor boat for 4 hrs. I am sure the last thing you want to do after drinking alcohol is consume sugar, fructose corn syrup and excessive sodium. What helped me was throwing up..
To avoid a hangover 4 me its gray goose, its the only thing that works, anything else, i will be dying the next day, everyones different for sum its patron or whatever else, u just gotta find yours, try drinking one thing all night n c what happens the next day

I buy the second one when I see it in stores. It sells quick. I love it....

Haven't seen the other ones yet.
Drink plenty of water after drinking, before going to bed. Headaches are usually from dehydration too.

Lol I think this would give anyone a nasty hangover.
I'm all for no drinking but when I'm at work and drink I have Tito's vodka & water with lime. Not soda water or anything just plain water. That helps keep me hydrated if I do drink and I don't really get a hangover from it. That's not an energy drink tho lol. Energy drinks don't really do anything for me if I need caffeine I just drink black coffee. But to prevent headaches just stay really hydrated. When you drink anything with caffeine or any alcohol drink a lot of water too.

I think the best things for energy are healthy lifestyle choices like eating well and drinking lots of H20, no sugar, no alcohol, lots of exercise and vitamin D. But yerba mate is good too!
I have been looking for a safe alternative to energy drinks too. I did a little search and found this company that looks interesting..
It has vitamins and i think i read that the caffeine comes from green coffee beans.. im getting ready to order some, i hope that it works well!
The best energy drink is Neuro Sonic, in my opinion. Gives you energy, without making you jittery. Tastes good, like a berry/juice drink. Doesn't taste like you're drinking Robot Piss, like other energy drinks do. Gives a smooth energy boost... has L-theanine in it, etc.
I haven't drank alcohol in a long time, so I don't know how to cope with hangovers. I've heard one person say that eating Watermelon helps, which sounds interesting to try. Definitely stay hydrated. I've also heard that you need to drink gatorade for the electrolytes, during a hangover. Which is probably true, but I think there's more to a hangover than just loss of electrolytes.

Agree with Neuro Sonic, happy to find a seller in my area. Tastes good, low in calories, doesn't make you jittery. Found them better than red bull IMO.

Yerba does zilch for me same green tea- my search tbc

FYI: Two 5 hour energy shots will cure any hangover. Something about the vitamins in it.

As the other girls have said, hangovers are from being dehydrated. The best "cure" is prevention. Drink lots of water, alcohol that is pure and not loaded with sugar (HUGE fan of Deep Eddy Ruby Red w Soda), and before bed make sure you chug water and or an electrolyte drink (powerade, pediatric drinks). I love Rock Star (sugar fee). I know its terrible for me. I would say it's one of my worst vices. If you take a lot of supplements you and eat well you shouldn't need chemical stimulants though. (I know this works for me)

I agree, let's start with prevention; not drinking, but if you are going to have booze, try beverages that have the purest ethanol (for most beverages, small quantities of other alcohols are unavoidable during manufacturing process), such as Grey Goose, Tequila Don Porfidio and so on (usually, these are very expensive drinks).
For the hang over, lots of water, vitamins and minerals and avoid sugar and caffeine (these quick fixes usually make you crash few hours later).
To avoid a hangover, I've found the best method is to drink a glass of water for each glass of alcohol.

Take vitamin b12 for energy? That's as hardcore as I get.

Green juice. The vitamins give me more energy than drinks with caffeine.
I also like any kind of tea.

High shelf silver tequila seems to make me energized and as long as I don't mix my liquor, I seem to not have a hangover the next day... And if you're looking for something non alcoholic, I agree with the other ladies.. Green tea, or maybe a mild tea with light caffeine and vitamin B12 pills... I take vitamin B12 everyday, I'm naturally low on energy, so they work as my kind of morning pick me up.
Water with lemon juice.

I was about to go looking for this thread, but didn't remember where it was. This is perfect timing! Thank you dely.
i honestly love 5 hour energy. it doesnt necessarily give me more energy, but it does make me happier and more peppy if that makes sense? ive never found red bull to be helpful, personally. im all about water, a 5 hour energy, and some protein bars!
I drink 100% agave teqila with soda water and a lime. You stay hydradted and energetic. Some people can't stand the taste though.
