I only drink in the back at work but I'll do fireball chased with Mio energy water. For half a fifth and a 7-hour shift I'll drink 2-4 caffeinated water bottles. After work/towards the end I'll have something to eat and follow it with a bottle of regular water. Otherwise I take vitamin C and B in the morning. I only get hung over maybe 1 out of 10 times I drink, and normally it's because I fell asleep before eating or having that last water bottle.
