Any money you earn from contracting is brought all together (Even if it was from various sources.) Anything you earn should be declared, regardless if its only $200. I was paid similar, but made no profit as it end up being sucked back into the business where I've kept receipts regarding where that income went. (-sigh-) Also, I am not sure if camming will show directly in background checks, but that is one of the exceptions of being a cam girl. To sum it up, "there is no such corresponding requirement for reporting the income. You must report all of your income, from whatever source, on your tax return unless it’s otherwise excluded." Set aside money, keep documentation of your pay and whatever investments you made.
