Default Pole Dancers with silicone unders???

I had my first consultation yesterday and the PS really made me nervous about pole dancing after my breast augmentation. I don't do much serious dancing now but it's one of my goals to start practicing within the next year or two (after I get my own place with a pole room) and look forward to competing in the future. He basically said that I can't/shouldn't do any upper body exercises, especially pole work because the muscle could push the implant out of place.

I'm hoping to hear from girls who have had the surgery and still happily dancing with no issues. The consult just made me feel so upset, like i have to choose between having awesome tits or pole dancing.

Have you considered silicone overs? I wouldn't do unders. The thing I'd worry more about than long term implant shifting would be distortion every time you flex. I had to stop doing all polework with mine because it gives them a horrible looking ridge. This doesn't happen to everyone, but you never know.
