Default Finding photographers as an escort

Is it ok to hire regular erotic or boudoir photographers (that aren't known to be exclusively escort photographers) for escort pictures? The photos won't be in the photographer's portfolio or anything, a lot of escort photographers do regular boudoir photography too, and I've heard of other escorts that even do TPP so I don't see too much risks in hiring a regular boudoir photographer as long as I get rights to my photos... Any thoughts?

Ask some of the ladies in your area who took their photos. Do NOT trade for pics. Sign a contract indicating the photographer's limits on use. I see a lot of photographers on Craigslist in my area, it's worth a quick peek.

As long as you're upfront with the photographer that you'll be using the photos for commercial purposes (ie. marketing) and get all the rights to them, yeah, sure. What you don't want to do is imply that you're only using the photos for your personal use (ie. a modeling portfolio or to share with your partner) and then get caught by the photographer down the line because the release didn't entitle you to use them for commercial purposes.

Hi if you live in New York Area and are interested in collaborating on this project I am working on we can shoot in any style you like! I am a former dancer and a lot of my art surrounds this topic!

    Hello,
I am a photographer completing my Master in Fine Arts Degree and working on a portrait project focusing on the positive side of sex work, ie: it can allow workers independence and be very profitable. I am looking for sex workers (exotic dancers, dominatrixes, escorts, etc.) who are open about what they do and need professional photos to promote their services. I will use the photos for my photo project and you can use the photos to promote your business, online profile, etc. This will be a indoor, studio shoot. Please email or call me if interested.

This article provides a perspective on what I'm trying to achieve!

Ah, so the main concern seems to be getting commercial rights on the photos. Thank you ladies so much!

    This.
You don't have to tell them it's for escorting either. Just something like " my beginner modeling portfolio " or something is fine . Just make sure you get something in writing saying it's ok to use them commercially.
