    Default Dancing in Dallas!

Anyone danced in Dallas?! Thinking of trying it out. I've heard good things about the lodge. Anyone know what their lap dance and vip prices are?

I'd love to know also! Does the club take a percentage of your earnings? Is January still in season?

Might be heading to Dallas for a bit. I'm burnt out over the south Florida scene. How has it been in Texas?

The lodge doesn't take a percent and tip out is 100% optional. It's been slow recently, but there's still money to be made, especially if you know how to hustle. If you can sell vip rooms, you'll have no problem at all. Lap dances are $20 on the floor. Customers pay the club $275 to get into the CR for the night, or $500 to get into vip. $2500 for a membership that lets them get into either whenever they want. All that goes to the club and they get a bottle. Customers need to pay for any girls they want on topof the entry fee for vip, and each girl has her own price. Night girls typically charge 3/$100, 20 minutes for $200, $250 for half an hour, and $500 for a full hour. Some girls charge $600/hr, and some have things like "two hour minimum." All up to you, and you keep everything you get. Day rate averages around $300/hour, but again, name your own price. You can sell your time on the main floor, too, if a customer doesn't want to buy a bottle, or only has X amount of cash.

The only people you're allowed to tip are the house mom and dj, and if it's a slow night or you didn't do that great, they'll often refuse your tip anyway. They're really good people though, so I always try snd give them $20. Otherwise, your house fee is the only money the club will ever take from you.

Out of state license to dance in Dallas is $100/per club, but you'll make it back fast at the lodge. Come in for opening on the week days and stay a full shift, they give you $40 and a free meal, which is always a nice bonus.

Is Dallas really strict on having a license? Planning a strip trip across America in a few months (I'm Canadian) and just trying to get a general map out of cities that won't be worth it, even though I'd still want to go to Dallas as a tourist regardless!

Yes all the clubs I've been to you can't work without one. But its easy to get and you should be able to make the $100 back pretty fast. If you find a club that will let you work without one it's probably not a good club to be at.

But being Canadian I won't be able to get a license. The states makes Canadians jump through the same hoops for a green card as any other country is every city in Texas the same?

No I've read on here that some cities you don't need a license.. I Think someone said that about Fort Worth but I Think the clubs are nicer in Dallas. I've never worked in any other city in Texas so i don't know for sure.

Fort Worth doesn't require a license to dance in. A good chunk of the clubs are on the divey side, but there's still money to be made there. If you want to go for a quick chunk of cash and don't mind grabby guys/girls selling extras in VIP/questionable ethics, Bucks in Fort Worth on a friday or a saturday might be a good call. They stay open until 4am then, but stop serving alcohol at two. Most customers leave around that time, but the ones who stay behind are completely drunk and easy to make money off of. One guy paid me $100/song, and another gave me his wallet and wanted me to take out whatever he owed. Leading up to last call, everyone's in total drunk party mode, so it's fairly easy to sell dances then, too. There is an uber dead period around midnight where everyone becomes so focussed on loading up on alcohol before last call comes, they can't be bothered to get carried away to a lapdance/VIP area.

Don't go to Baby Dolls in Fort Worth -- they hire anyone who passes for female, which is great, but the customers are trained to expect to get away with murder for free. You'll be grabbed by your tits and ass cheeks and pulled into laps where you'll be mauled, bitten, sucked, and licked, and then guys will laugh at you when you mention buying dances or at the very least, giving a tip. You *can* sell dances there, but there are other places where you can make more money with a lot less hassle.

Cabaret East and North are booty shaking clubs where you can make money on stage as well as dances, but ymmv on customer quality and also how busy the club is. Tuesday night is fight night I think. Two girls go into a boxing ring and box each other. Winner takes all, which I *think* is something like $100 plus whatever money customers throw in the ring. If you partner up with a girl and decide to put on a "good show" in exchange for splitting the money 50-50, you can most likely get the guys to toss in more money. I would definitely try Buck's first and work your way out from there.

Everywhere you go in Fort Worth is probably going to be rougher than the Dallas clubs, but they don't require a license to dance, and if you're only going to be in town a couple days, you can probably make your money and zoom on out before it wears down on you too hard. There's decent money here, the clientele are a bit on the iffy side.

Thank you!! Will definitely try out Bucks, I don't mind a bit of a divey feel and being that I'm travelling with my best friend that fight ring thing sounds like it could be good for a laugh. Honestly thanks for the info! It's really hard trying to figure out which cities will wind up being a waste of time.
