Default Any tips for Weight Watchers? Recipes too?

I have been doing Weight Watchers and lost 8 pounds already. I really love the program, sooooooooo much easier than counting calories. I like not worrying about the calories in a grapefruit or tomato or something else healthy. I use the recipes from the Hungry Girl website when I want junk or fast food to make the healthy version. I made a pizza where the crust was just cauliflower, egg whites, and a little cheese, and the topping was fresh tomato, fresh basil, and a little cheese, it was sooooo good.

But I have been working a lot and I am really tired and my motivation to eat well has been flagging this week because when I am tired I get in to the DGAF funk and don't make good decisions. Any tips for staying motivated when you DGAF? Any recipes that are low in points?

Visualization always works really well for me. I go on Tumblr or pinterest and look at inspiring quotes or pictures of clothes that I want, etc. Anything that helps keep me motivated when I'm feeling like saying Fuck it all. It's hard work to be disciplined in eating healthy and exercising, so it's natural to have DGAF funks. I have days where I don't see any results, don't like the way my body looks etc. but then I remind myself that I'm closer than I was yesterday and that giving up now would make me so angry at myself when I have to start all over. Tumblr has a TON of fitblr's who post recipes and inspiring pictures, if you haven't already checked that out

Grapefuit works, it's a great cleanser too. Peel & eat the fresh fruit
