I have been doing Weight Watchers and lost 8 pounds already. I really love the program, sooooooooo much easier than counting calories. I like not worrying about the calories in a grapefruit or tomato or something else healthy. I use the recipes from the Hungry Girl website when I want junk or fast food to make the healthy version. I made a pizza where the crust was just cauliflower, egg whites, and a little cheese, and the topping was fresh tomato, fresh basil, and a little cheese, it was sooooo good.
But I have been working a lot and I am really tired and my motivation to eat well has been flagging this week because when I am tired I get in to the DGAF funk and don't make good decisions. Any tips for staying motivated when you DGAF? Any recipes that are low in points?

I have days where I don't see any results, don't like the way my body looks etc. but then I remind myself that I'm closer than I was yesterday and that giving up now would make me so angry at myself when I have to start all over. Tumblr has a TON of fitblr's who post recipes and inspiring pictures, if you haven't already checked that out
