Default My white blonde toner is making my natural curls go flat

My white blonde toner is making my natural curls go flat. Do you think its the brand or something I'm doing. I don't want to have to straighten my hair, but somehow I think its making them go flat.

Whenever I touch up my hair with or without bleaching (I tone all of my hair not just roots), my curls get really flat so I know it has to be the toner.

    Any way to reverse this?

Protein treatments......and yeah, color takes out your curl pattern pretty effectively, unfortunately. Your best bet is gonna be protein treatments and braids to kind of train your hair to curl again.

sucks but going white blond is incredibly damaging, so its destroying your curl pattern..if you have curly hair your hair is going to be more dry to begin with too. and that's especially true because you are toning your entire head and not just the roots, so it keeps getting more and more damaged.
moisturize moisturize moisturize. coconut oil overnight hair masks..preferably the night before you wash your hair, every time ( which shouldn't be too frequent, stretch your washes out). you can add some unrefined shea butter, olive oil, or other rich moisturizing oils.. that will also cut down on the hygral fatigue damage your hair goes through every time you wash it. use a very gentle shampoo and rich conditioner..i LOVE shea moisture products. they're natural with pure ingredients that you can pronounce and identify, unlike most shampoos on the market. and relatively cheap! do a rinse once a week with diluted apple cider vinegar.
i agree with protein packs, but dont overdo it because that will cause breakage and make it even more dry.
use a curl cream and scrunch hair as you gently dry it on cool with a diffuser. baby the shit out of your hair

Have you tried cutting out sulfates and silicones, a la "curly girl" method? It has really helped my curls. Another vote for lots of moisture--I use some Shea Moisture products too. I only wash my hair twice a week, and I use deep conditioner or a conditioning masque each time. My curls always take a hit after color, but they bounce back with care and a bit of time.

This is new though. I've been a blonde forever and I don't know why it is happening now. I'm naturally dark blonde but I lighten it.

I haven't tried that yet but I might. Why is this only happening now?

Hmm, I'm not sure why it would just now be happening. It could be accumulated damage? Or didn't you just switch to a new toner? I think you had a thread about them a while back. Could be that it doesn't agree with your curls.

Yes I switched toners and then this happened. I switched toners again and it still continues to happen.

Is using manic panic an option? I've heard of some people using it to very lightly stain their hair as a toner.

Well, there's a leave in conditioning spray I like, L'oreal Power Moisture 10 sec. hydrator. It's in a blue spray bottle. It really revives my super dry hair, I have a wave & it keeps that.
I have dyed blond, not white though
