Default TIPS weight loss motivation/ avoid bingeing/ staying on track

so... i'm really focused on my financial goals and need to shape up to get hired at the really good clubs (not only get hired, but ime whales prefer skinny girls, but that's a whole nother topic)

so to help me keep on track i've found little tips that keep me from saying 'oh whatever, i'll start back tomorrow':

-drinking apple cider vinegar or V8 if you're having a craving (i like chips and savory things so that really helps me)
-if i absolutely must snack i make celery sticks with 0% greek yogurt dip that i put all kinds of spices in. my life saver when i wanna munch!
-watch fitness girls on youtube. Trust me, you will get your ass to the gym when you didn't feel like going!! Pick a girl whose body you really like, my personal favorite is Heidi Somers

what are your little 'kick in the butt' 'crisis avoided' tips?

When I am hungry and don't wanna snack on something bad I usually grab a piece of gum. Sometimes I snack on cherry tomatoes too. I don't have nothing else to share but that's what works for me.

Ideas I have are: Find an aerobic exercise that you can do alone in your bedroom everyday, 20 min. Such as, jogging in place, or jogging back and forth in circles. This will make you able to get exercise everyday, even if you usually can't commit yourself to going to the gym.

Drink plenty of water. Drink tea or coffee instead, if you're craving comfort food. Take a multivitamin, get enough vitamin C, eat fruit & vegetables. Get some source of antioxidants, such as by drinking black tea or green tea. I have a theory, that when you crave sugary junk food, you're actually subtly craving stuff that's in plants or fruits or vegetables. Which can mean you're craving either antioxidants, or potassium/ electrolytes, vitamin C, or other vitamins, or water.

Eat several small meals, throughout the day, instead of three big meals. If you have insulin resistance (not diabetes, but a precursor to it), which can often be undiagnosed, you can take a supplement called Alpha Lipoic acid, which treats insulin resistance. Start with a low dose (100 mg) at first, because it can lower blood sugar. I started taking it because I would feel groggy after eating food, an I think it helped.

Water, coffee/tea, caffeine & ephedrine stacked, protein powder and ANY TYPE OF DISTRACTIONS. Walking my dogs, cleaning, errands, etc. I make myself literally too busy to eat snacks by doing anything else. 2nd the watch fitness girls, or just look at their photos. Be at peace with the fact you are going to be hungry and cranky & feel like you're starving 95% of the time
